All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, ceiling fans, spacious fitted wardrobes, bedside tables & lamps, dressing table facilities, a hair dryer in each room and stylish tiled floors. The master double bedroom enjoys en-suite facilities including a freestanding chest of 6 drawers. The two guest rooms comprise of 2 single divan beds each.
The modern kitchen has fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, overhead extractor fan, dish washer, electric oven and microwave. Also available is a fitted washing machine. 42' plasma screen TV plus a DVD player are provided. A DVD rental shop is within easy walking distance
A communal full bathroom with shower in a central location and a full bathroom en suite to the double master bedroom.

The world famous Paphos mosaics and Tombs of the Kings are an easy walk. For the more adventurous the Aphrodite water park is 10 mins drive and the beautiful Troodos mountains are a 90 minute drive away.
The two balconies look on to green belt parkland and are not overlooked, this provides a pleasant outlook when dining alfresco. The setting sun gives black silhouetted trees against a lovely luminous orange backdrop. The apartment complex itself is large and set well back from surrounding property.
A 20% non refundable deposit is required upon booking, full payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. A £100 key/damage deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay, provided the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival. Changeover days are entirely flexible, please feel free to contact us. This is a family friendly development and no large single sex groups will be accepted! This is a no smoking apartment but smoking is permitted on the balcony. Car hire including free pick up from the airport, a taxi direct to the apartment where a hire car will be ready and parked in your own private parking bay. This is a professional service from a local hire company. All can be booked online direct with the hire company. This is an additional cost, please ask for details.
The Paphos region
An island steeped in myth and romance, Cyprus is a vibrant destination that offers all the ingredients for a perfect holiday.
Cyprus is an enchanting island, rich in history and tradition. According to legend Aphrodite, the goddess of love, rose up from the waves at Paphos. This lush and colourful resort was once the capital of Cyprus. There are also quiet coves and sandy bays. The town's market is held in Old Paphos, where many historical sites mingle with the modem part of town, known as Kato Paphos, with its inviting tavernas, fish restaurants, clubs and bars. There are also three golf courses close by and several diving centres. This vibrant island delights its visitors in many different ways. Long stretches of coast line are backed by cool pine forests, while spectacular ancient ruins bathed in endless sunshine.
THE ISLAND'S SPECTACULAR ANCIENT RUINS BASK IN ENDLESS SUNSHINE
The romantic beach of Petra Tou Romiou, southeast of Paphos, is a must for all lovers of romance. It was here that, according to Greek myth Aphrodite, the goddess of love, emerged from the foaming sea. At nearby Kouklia, the temple sanctuary of Palaipafos was sacred to the goddess. Lovers of nature will enjoy a Jeep safari to the lovely Akamas Peninsula. Rare sea turtles lay their eggs on the shores of Lara Bay. You should also take a visit to the unforgettable pebble beaches of Polis and Latchi, which radiate a wonderful sense of tranquility. In Nicosia visit the majestic Venetian Walls - the town also has a charming historical centre along with some fine restaurants and shops.

"Fantastic home away from home in the Sunshine"
This apartment is truly a home away from home. The photographs of the complex and the apartment itself do not do it justice.
The pool area is spotlessly clean and well maintained and when we were there you could always get a sunbed (no rush to put the towels on!). The orange and grapefruit trees are much more mature now than in the photographs and provide welcome shade when needed. The swimming pool is just fantastic!
Hesperides Gardens is in a quiet location set back from the town so sleeping is not a problem and there was no noise at night when we stayed. The apartment itself is in a great location, around twenty minutes stroll down into the town where the restaurants and bars are found. The harbour restaurants are a little further away but the walk is not tiring and the choice of bars and restaurants are well worth it. A taxi back up from town at the end of the evening is 8 Euros.
There are a selection of small shops an easy walk away for fresh bread (warm from the bakers every morning), milk, newspapers etc and a great selection of supermarkets down in Paphos for those who want to do a bigger shop.
The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything (and more) that you need for your holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped should you want to cook but why cook when there are so many great restaurants to visit! There are air conditioning units in all of the rooms as well as ceiling fans. The balcony is large and shady which means you can make the most of the balcony even at the height of the hottest months (July and August). When we were there at the end of September the weather was perfect, low 80's every day with wall to wall sunshine. Towels and linen were provided
Paphos municipal beach is not far away very clean and patrolled by life guards so its safe.
Car hire is not necessary as everything is a stroll away from the apartment but you would be missing out on exploring a great island if you don't hire a car. Brian can help and advise you about car hire should you need it.
Paphos is also a large world heritage site so don't miss out on visiting the amazing mosaics and other historical sites.
Brian was always quick to respond to e-mails prior to our arriving in Cyprus and equally as quick to respond to any text query we had during our stay (there weren't many).
We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family (and have) and we are returning again in 2014.
