Occupying the complete top floor, this extremely stylish and luxuriously appointed penthouse apartment is within easy walking distance of the main bar, restaurant and harbour area of Paphos, and yet is set in a quiet residential area. A car is not necessary here as you are not far from the local bus route if you wish to go further afield. For your convenience the local shop is about 250m away and has a cafe next door
The penthouse is within a private complex which shares an attractive pear shaped pool and a circular splash pool for children. The three bedrooms are tastefully and stylishly furnished and all have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The comfortable beds and black out blinds will ensure a good night’s sleep whilst storage space aplenty is provided by the fitted wardrobes. Drinking Water is on tap in the kitchen. The contemporary white kitchen is fitted with Black granite worktops and splashbacks and all appliances are finished in silver or stainless steel. The kitchen and picture windows have sea views over the rooftops for catching those lovely Cypriot sunsets. The lounge area has seating for six on a three seater black leather sofa,2 seater sofa and single chair where you can watch DVDs and listen to CDs on the surround sound system, whilst the dining area has a large oak dining table and six black leather high backed chairs. If eating al-fresco is for you, the large terrace has dining facilities for six also. The apartment has also the the added benefit of a free Moma's and Poppas travel cot and high chair

The Paphos District
Cyprus has an average of 340 days of Sunshine every year which makes it an ideal Holiday destination,Paphos itself is awash with things to do for all ages from Water Parks for the kids to enough historical items in regards to Roman remains etc to please the most avid Archeologists out there. For the more young at heart or for those who just want to relax there are an abundance of excellent eating places that cater for every taste from Local cuisine/Mezze to Italian,Japanese,Indian,Mexican etc etc.
If you want to sample the local wines and beers you are only a 15 Minute walk to Bar street and 5 minutes more and you can be in the Harbour area with its own tame Pelican and excellent Tavernas.
There are two good golf courses within a fifteen minute drive and the excellent Coral Bay beach a short bus ride away.
For the more adventureous among you the Trudos Mountains is approx 1.5 hours away you could be in the mountains having a snowball fight at 10.30 (depending on the time of year)and back on the beach at by 12.00 and in between you would be looking at some of the most spectacular scenery Cyprus has to offer.

The second bedroom has ample wardrobe space and a door which also leads onto the second balcony. The third bedroom again has plenty of wardrobe space and views of the hills behind Paphos town.
The apartment features a luxury bathroom comprising WC, bath with shower over and basin. The master bedroom has the benefit of an en-suite with WC, shower and basin. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and ceiling fans for your comfort. There are 6 Sunbeds with cushions provided on the large main balcony accessed via either the lounge area or dining area. The Apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and all Towels inc Beach ones are provided. Frank from Birmingham Date Submitted: November 21, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008 Our 2nd time of visiting this apartment, this time with an 18 month old baby. The apartment is clean, and offers all you could want to make your stay hassle-free and comfortable. We were particularly pleased with the high chair and travel cot which were available for use, they were as good as new. The apartment is ideal for a young family, as long as you are able to carry pushchairs etc up the two flights of stairs, which isn't difficult. The pool was also very clean and offered plenty of sun-beds to lounge around and soak up the sun. There is plenty of nightlife just a short walk away (max 15 mins). Will definitely be going back

Date Submitted: November 18, 2008 Date of Stay: October 2007 Second time we used the same apartment..just fantastic for a family with plenty of room & home comforts to match! All clean & tidy so certainly no complaints on that front. Kids enjoyed regular dips in the pool & plenty of area around it for lazing around & basking in the sun...& there's plenty of it! Plenty to do & see around the area & made good use of the hire car. After our first visit April 06 we decided to go again in October 07 but with 3 other families in same complex, all had a terrific time & will repeat in the coming years....can't say better than that!
Marinas Gardens Penthouse Stay 2008 **08** Oxfordshire. Date Submitted: November 12, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008 What can i say..... well we had a very pleasant stay at the apartement in July, the apartment itself was fantastic. It was very clean, modern and full of all essential amenities that made for an overall enjoyed week away in Paphos. A short walk from the apartment we were able to visit the idyllic beach, local restaurants and the marina from which we went on a must recommended boat trip on 'Ocean Flyer' which we managed to find from the suggestions book in the apartment (Great idea for those new to Paphos like we were.) The pool at the apartment was a good size and never that busy, we were able to secure sunbeds any time of the day and felt very relaxed in the peaceful surroundings. Overall a brillaint place stay with that extra wow factor that would suit all!
