Situated in a residential area of Kato Paphos between the "old" town and the tourist area, which are only 10 minutes stroll away, is Apartment Alina B.
It is part of a small development of four apartments sharing a large communal pool and barbecue area.
The one bedroom apartment is pleasantly furnished with full air-conditioning. The living and dining area has a two seater sofa,bed 2 armchairs and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items including a fridge, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave.
The very spacious bathroom has a full walk in showed with sliding doors and the bedroom has two single beds (which can be easily pushed together), floor to ceiling wardrobes and matching furniture.
The large terrace overlooking the pool is furnished with sunloungers, table and chairs.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and Paphos, the island’s second largest resort, is now one of its leading towns. Known as the place where Aphrodite walked in from the sea, it is now established as a popular seaside resort. Built around the medieval port, Paphos offers luxury hotels, tavernas and plenty of entertainment as well as over 300 days of sunshine per year.
During your stay you can enjoy much of what Paphos has to offer. From the The Venus Rock and the Baths of Aphrodite to the Paphos Medieval Fort and The Tombs of the Kings there is much for the history lover to see. There are also a number of churches and museums to visit too. The Paphos Aphrodite Water Park is the perfect place to cool down and have some great fun. Kato Pahos, around the harbour area, offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and night clubs while there is a covered market in the town centre.
Kato Paphos area
The town is in two distinct parts - the "old" town known at Ktima which houses the government buildings, major banks, commercial centre, museums etc and Kato Paphos where most of the tourist development has taken place. Numerous cultural events take place during the year, many in the open air including operas, plays and concerts.
Paphos "old" town some 3kms up a hill from the coast is an enchanting mixture of old , narrow streets and modern wide avenues. As well as the establishments noted above, you will find a variety of shops including a Debenhams and a M&S, boutiques, market, cinema and tavernas.
The tourist area of Kata Paphos is a very pleasant mix of residential homes, hotels, apartments, restaurants and bars. This area is newly constructed, very attractive and main pedestrianised. There is a promenade at the western end where there is a delightful harbour and fort. This is a regular meeting place for the locals.
Kato Paphos is also home to the majority of archaeological sites the area has to offer.
Paphos airport is a 20 minute drive away and you are also well located to enjoy the three golf courses in the area. There is a regular bus service to Coral Bay which is regarded as having the best beaches in western Cyprus. You are also well located to visit the Toodos Mountains, the Akamas Peninsula, Limmasol and the capital Nicosia.

While Paphos is the nearest airport (just 20 miles away), you can also fly into Larnaca which is 90 miles away.
Car hire is recommended but if you don't want to drive the taxi fare from Paphos Airport is approximately €30.

Our change over day is normally Saturday. However, we can be flexible on days especially in low and mid season if this is not possible.
We normally take a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance paid 10 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of arrival full payment will be taken.
We recommend that you take out full travel insurance so that you are covered if you have to cancel. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you wish to cancel your booking after the contract has been entered into, you must notify us in writing. Date of cancellation will be accepted as the date of the post marked letter.
