Centrally located and the perfect position for your holiday, in the heart of the Paphos district. Only a few minutes level stroll from the sea, close to many entertainment facilities and amenities including shops, banks, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, etc... not to mention the fascinating archaeological sites. The property has the benefit of all this, yet being tucked away in a quiet and private development. Adjoining Queens Gardens is a 24hr clinic and surgery. All within walking distance of the harbour in Kato Paphos, just below the shops & market in Paphos Old Town, on the entrance to Tomb of the Kings Road which leads to Coral Bay... You have easy access by car or bus to the popular beach of Coral Bay.

The 3 Golf Courses in Cyprus are all located in the Paphos area, are all short driving distance from Queens Gardens. The area is steeped with archaeological sites including ancient mosaics and the tomb of the kings. The accommodation is exceptionally comfortable and spacious, not to mention air conditioned. Arranged on the ground floor with a large living / dining area which extends out to a private veranda with wooden table & chairs. The kitchen is a separate room, well fitted with all one could need. The first floor offers 2 large bedrooms, a good double with a TV and generous private & sunny terrace (with sun beds) overlooking the gardens.

The second room is a twin bedroom of 2 single beds with it’s own covered balcony, generally shaded offering relief from the sun. There is a double size sofa bed in the living area and a baby’s cot in the house, although please bring your own linen / bedding for the cot. For the families entertainment, we have provided a Television with TV games console, a DVD player and a board game.

From the Central Square the palm lined pedestrian walkway leads to the sizeable swimming pool, with a terrace of deck chairs and sun beds. This exclusive development also benefits from its own Club, on 2 levels with a Bar Lounge and Restaurant located on the Ground Floor. The Lower level has fitness facilities with a well equipped Gym, Therapy Room, Solarium, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Ladies & Gents changing rooms. (Note, these facilities may not be available all year round and a small local charge could apply).

Beautifully landscaped with fountains, palm trees and shrubs, the gardens are carefully planted and well maintained, an attractive area for the enjoyment of the residents & occupants. The property has its own independent entrance and dedicated Car Parking.
