This townhouse gives you entry at both front and rear, the rear affording private driveway parking and the front of the property enabling the occupiers to access the stunning swimming pools/jacuzzi area within a matter of metres.
The patio doors lead to a private terrace/garden area furnished with table and chairs, parasol and sun loungers for sole use of the occupants. (which can be moved beside the pools as and when required).

The townhouse is fully equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fans throughout, creating a cool and airy ambiance. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, electric hob/oven and microwave. The open plan lounge/dining area has been comfortably furnished with dining table, coffee table, tv/dvd player (with books/DVDs available for use) and a double sofa bed. Also on the ground floor is a well equipped shower room with wc, wash hand basin and walk in shower unit.
New 37" Flat Screen TV with Freesat recently installed.
A pretty wooden staircase leads to the two twin bedded rooms and the main bathroom. Fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and dressing table offer plenty of storage. The front bedroom benefits from its own furnished balcony (seats and umbrella) with lovely views over the large swimming pool.

The Phapos Gardens hotel is situated next door to Limnaria Gardens Complex which is part of the same Company. This allows the occupiers of No 17 the use of the indoor pool, tennis courts, gym and spa facilities ) and also the evening entertainment . (There maybe a charge for the tennis courts etc)
The Paphos region


The Phapos district is renowned as being the birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite. Sites of both cultural and major historical interest make it part of UNESCO's World Heritage programme. In this region you will find historical interests such as Tomb of the Kings, Falls of Adonas, to name but a few.
To the west there is Coral Bay and its wonderful sandy beach. Then continuing west and north you will find the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Polis and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants.
There are two mountain ranges in Cyprus the most popular being the Troodos mountaings where you will find the Kykkos Monastery (well worth a visit)
The Kato Paphos / Limnaria Gardens area
The Limnaria Complex Shopping Centre with its supermarkets, cafe's, bakery and pharmacy are just a small walk from the complex enabling you to pick up fresh bread, milk etc on a daily basis.
The bustling harbour of Phapos can be found just a 5 - 10 minute walk, and along the way you will pass lots more cafes/restaurants and shops giving you a wide range of places to eat and drink during your stay.
Bar street can also be found 5 - 10 minutes from the Complex if you are looking for something more lively for entertainment at night.

Chloes
Fat Mama's is also worth a visit (short taxi drive)
If its golf you are after, you have a choice of three courses:-
Tsda, Aphrodite Hills and The Secret Valley - all of which are a 20 minute drive from the complex.
Families can enjoy a day out at the famous Paphos Aphrodite's water park, which can either be reached by private car or public transport (well worth a visit)

Brilliant location and secure and safe for my boys. We were 10 minutes from the main harbour and the nightlife and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The maisionette was clean and very well laid out. The TV has freeveiw so we could get all the UK stations no problem. All the bedrooms and the lounge are air conditioned and have a slient multi speed fan if required (which we did most of the time) I couldnt recommed it highly enough!! |

Stayed in this lovely townhouse on the Limnaria Gardens complex. The townhouse has everything you could possibly need and was very clean when we arrived. Ideally situated next to the small supposedly heated pool. All the pools were unheated and quite chilly but the kids did not seem to mind. No problem with sunbeds as we had our own which we could move to the pool area. Very quiet at night and the gardens have been kept to a high standard. My only criticism was that we did not have any towel or linen changes despite staying for 2 weeks. Not a problem as there was a washing machine but this would have been nice. Ideally located and within walking distance of all the amenities. Lots of lovely places to eat. Would recommend Fat Mamas and the Moorings but not cheap. Would definately stay in the same accomodation and would highly recommend this and the other ground floor apartments. |

Really well situated, walking distance to Paphos centre. Pool area spacious and very clean. Townhouse is well equipped with patio area. Absolutely brilliant holiday!! |

The house will be available 3.00pm on the day of your arrival and departure time is 10.00am. Please not that any late check out required is at the discretion of the owner and may incur an extra charge of £25 depending on the time of departure.
Bookings that overlap within different rate periods will be charged accordingly.
25% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking and full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival date. A security deposit of £100 is required, payable with the final payment of your booking and will be returned to you after the townhouse has been checked for any breakages etc or any extra cleaning costs that maybe incurred.
