About the home

Brand new holiday villa on two storeys with its own spacious and private patio situated opposite Tomb of the Kings offering beautiful sea views. Only minutes from bars, shops and restaurants and the nearest sandy beach or buses to Paphos old town or Coral Bay.

The villa is near a 4 star hotel and guestsare entitled to enjoy all the facilities it offers including 2 outdoor pools, tennis court, indoor pool and gymnasium. Alternatively the villa shares a private pool. An Ideal base for a perfect family holiday.

The light and spacious Master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, views to the sea, en suite shower room, ceiling fan and balcony. The large 2nd bedroom has double bed with seaview from balcony and ceiling fan and the ground floor bedroom has 2 bunks (4 beds). All bedrooms have airconditioning. Downstairs WC and handbasin. The kitchen/living area is open plan with comfortable leather sofas, dining area and 32" TV with DVD player. Living room also has ceiling fan and airconditioning.
Snorkles, tennis racquets, beach ball and surf boards also provided for guests use.

The villa has a large sun patio, with built in barbecue, shaded by potted palms and olive trees providing privacy. Outdoor dining furniture and barbeque utensils provided. Also much appreciated in Summer the patio receives a refreshing sea breeze.

-A 50 % deposit is required with booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

-A GB 50 pound security deposit is required with final payment, fully refunded if property is left in good condition.

The Paphos region

Paphos is the birthplace of Aphrodite. It has a beautiful old town and shopping and is full of historical and artistic treasures - Byzantine monasteries and churches, ruins of Greek and Roman monuments and a medieval fort.

Paphos offers excellent restaurants and lively nightclubs but also secluded coves and beaches. A short drive takes you up ot the scenic Troodos Mountains home of Mount Olympus whcih offers skiing in winter and beautiful walks in summer.

The Kato Paphos / Kings Beach area

Apart from the many historic sites on the villa's doorstep, the most famous being Tomb of the Kings just 5 mins walk, there are excellent watersports available such as water ski-ing, para gliding and sailing and beautiful snorkelling opportunites.

Just up the road by bus is the beach resort of Coral Bay.

“Something for Everyone” Property was well-equipped for eating indoors or barbeques. Very conveniently located near a frequent local bus route, some good local tavernas and a supermarket. Local ice-cream shop was much valued in the heat! The clean swimming pool, though shared by other apartments,was quiet and we usually swam undisturbed by anyone else! We travelled to property by taxi and used local buses to Coral Bay, Paphos Market, Harbour, etc. We loved exploring Tombs of the Pharos and the Mosaics in Paphos. The teenage couple had a brilliant day at the Water Park in Paphos. For us this was a very welcome break . We would recommend the property and Paphos as an interesting and friendly location.
