About the home

Offering level access and an enclosed garden, whist being very close too many amenities - the property is considered ideal for elderly, disabled or families with small children etc. The property offers a spacious lounge / dining room with sofas, large TV with satellite, DVD, radio & CD player.

There is a formal dining table with 6 chairs and the room has air conditioning. The kitchen is a separate room, well equipped with all one could need including a washing machine. From a small inner hallway, you’ll find the 2 bedrooms and bathroom; 1 spacious double bedroom and a good size twin room (with 2 single beds). Both bedrooms are fitted with built in wardrobes and air conditioning.

The bathroom is modern, tastefully tiled and has a shower over the bath. There is a double size sofa bed in the living area so the property could sleep 6 people if required. Outside there is a lovely enclosed private garden, landscaped with colourful plants and hedging. There is a patio with table & chairs and 2 sun beds. You have car parking for the residents so somewhere to leave the hire car!

The Paphos region

The location of Roman Park is perfect, tucked away in a very small development just 50m off Tomb of the Kings road, therefore right on your doorstep you have cafes, kiosks, bakery, internet café, restaurants, bars, banks and bus stop to Coral Bay etc. The lighthouse Beach is a mere 300m walk and you can use the Swimming Pool of the Roman Hotel, next door for just €2. Paphos Harbour is approximately 7/8 minutes walk where you have dozens of places to eat, drink and shop, where as the town centre with further facilities is 12/15 minutes walk. You have easy access by car or bus to the popular beach of Coral Bay. The 3 Golf Courses in Cyprus are all located in the Paphos area, are all short driving distance from Roman Park.

The area is steeped with archaeological sites including ancient mosaics and the tomb of the kings. There are many tourist facilities in the Paphos region, including a water park, go-karts, horse riding, bowling, cinema, bird and reptile park to mention a few…
