The penthouse is within a private complex which shares an attractive pear shaped pool and a circular splash pool for children. The three bedrooms are tastefully and stylishly furnished and all have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The comfortable beds and black out blinds will ensure a good night’s sleep whilst storage space aplenty is provided by the fitted wardrobes. All beds can be made up as Singles or Super King-Sized doubled for total flexibility.
The contemporary beech kitchen is fitted with emerald pearl granite worktops and splashbacks and all appliances are finished in silver or stainless steel. The kitchen and picture windows have sea views over the rooftops for catching those lovely Cypriot sunsets. The lounge area has seating for six on two large red leather sofas where you can watch DVD's and listen to CD's on the surround sound system, whilst the dining area has a circular glass topped table with integral lazy Susan and six comfortable high backed chairs. If eating al-fresco is for you, the large terrace has dining facilities for six also.
All in all this is a luxury penthouse with the accent on the 'WOW' factor!

The Paphos District
Popular and vibrant describe the pretty and charming town of Paphos. Situated on the southwestern end of the island, Paphos has managed to retain much of the traditional Cypriot charm and character. In the old town, many original qualities and customs still exist. Shopping for the freshest fruit and vegetables is still done early in the morning at the very busy market place. Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love and beauty is one of the Island's many legends, Paphos is reputedly the birthplace of this mythological Greek Goddess. The Island is steeped in 9000 years of fascinating history and culture with a heritage rich in historical and archaeological treasures. Paphos is home to the famous Tomb of the Kings, these underground tombs date back to the 4th Century BC. Also in Paphos, you can find the stunning mosaic work depicting Dionysos the God of Wine.

"The apartment was very well equipped with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses etc. all in good condition. The decor is colourful and cheerful and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The towels in the apartment and the beach towels are also worth mentioning as they are of good quality. Sometimes the towels provided are rather shabby. This is the nicest accommodation I have rented."

"We agree that the apartment has the Wow factor. A bit different from what you would normally expect. The complex is in a great location near Paradise Gardens and all the bars and restaurants.
