Relax in this home from home, exclusive 2 bedroom apartment with a large private balcony, located in the Tomb of the Kings area close to the town centre, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, plenty of local and international cuisine restaurants and fast food options, on site snack / breakfast bar / cafe and only 5 min drive to the local blue flag beach, 15 min bus / car ride to Coral Beach Resort and 5 min drive to Kato Pahos Harbour and beaches.

Ideally located for a family holiday with night life, beaches, go karting, water park all within 15 minute drive or some within 10 / 15 minute walk away.

Oracle Exclusive Resort offers a Reception, Cafe facilities, Pool Bar, Excellent on site Gym, Spa, Sauna, Steam Room and jacuzzi. In the Summer season (June to September) they offer a free courtesy bus to the Oracle Exclusive Beach Club, where you can get a free beach sunbed and umbrella.

The resort offers a free gym and paid sauna, steam room and spa treatments on site.

Only 20 minutes drive from Paphos airport. We can help with discounted Taxi transfers or recommend car hire, although the local buses are only a short walk away and run frequently to Coarl Bay and the Harbour / town centre.

“Fantastic” 1st time in Cyprus & out of season, the apartment was fantastic, as was the weather. Everything was just as promised & couldn`t ask for more, we even had a cleaner. All though we arrived late, nothing was to much trouble, everybody was really friendly.. Everything was very clean & tidy. Great place for families & disabled people, as there is lift access & all on 1 level. We are now looking to book again this year & will definetly recommend it to family & friends

“Wonderful, comfortable apartment in a great location.” We stayed in this apartment last June for 2 weeks and had a great holiday. We have now booked again for 2013 as we enjoyed it so much. The apartment has a large balcony that is great for relaxing on in the evenings and we even ate most of our meals out there including breakfast. There is everything you need for a holiday, including some DVDs and games for when you want to get out of the sun in the middle of the day and relax. The pool was lovely and all the staff friendly. We didn't hire a car, but were given details of a taxi company for airport transfers and there is a good, frequent bus service that takes you to Coral Bay, the Water Park and the harbour as well.

“location + comfort = great stay!” We stayed at the apartment in October, knowing this was 'out of season', but still enjoyed a week of warm sunshine (mainly) in a lovely part of Cyprus. When it did rain (we had one belter of a storm) having the comforts of home in the apartment, like DVDs, board games and plenty of comfy furniture, made the grey/black skies far more bearable. Everything you'd want is in the apartment and the complex provides well too. The four of us adults had plenty of space in the apartment, and the massive terrace provides a lovely spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beaches, convenience shops and nightlife are only a short walk away, and provide plenty of variety. We didn't hire a car - taxi from the airport is about 20 mins - and still enjoyed the walks around the area. Others who want to explore further may be better to get a car. Either way, you're close enough to the tourist area to enjoy and far away enough not to be disturbed. Overall, we'd recommend the apartment and the destination.
