A (local network) Mobile telephone available for use (to negate the costly calls from a UK mobile) included with price. Top-Up units payable at cost (€5, €10 & €20) Free use of Wi-Fi within the apartment.

There are two large swimming pools with an adjacent children's paddling pool set in attractive communal gardens. There is ample 'covered' parking space on the ground floor beneath the Apartment. This apartment is accessible by a Lift which is well maintained (which is located outside of the front door of the Apartment). The Regina Gardens complex is just 10 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store and 10 minutes from the best restaurants and bars in Paphos. Local cuisine, Chinese and Italian food can be found within easy reach, as can convenience stores to provide you with everything you need for your stay. There is a regular bus service which runs every 20 minutes to the Aphrodite Water Park, perfect for kids. It is 10 minutes to the old town on the hill, which has an indoor market for the bargain hunters amongst you. About 10 minutes to Paphos Harbour, with more great restaurants and a lovely sea-front promenade and marina. In the evening there is an array of night clubs and lively bars in the town centre (Bar Street), but these can be easily avoided if they're not to your taste. A taxi back from Paphos in the evening would be about 10 Euros, and around 15 Euros from Coral Bay although the owners do offer this service to guests. Nearby activities include walking, cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding and water sports. Three of the best Restaurants in Paphos within walking distance: Chloes Chinese, Ko-inor Indian and Olivetti Steak House, together with the aptly named 'Fat Mamas' Restaurant about 2kms down the road to test the greatest of appetites and which the kids will love? Good old American steaks at their best!

This apartment is available all year and bookings taken on a 'First Come, First Served' basis.

To book apartments, a 25% Reservation fee is required with the balance paid 10 weeks before departure.

Bookings confirmed within 24 hours will be discounted by 5% (Early Bird Booking).

A £200.00 Security Deposit is required on all bookings, payable with final balance. Balance returned with 14 days of vacation of the apartment subject to the property being returned as let?

The Paphos region

Paphos was once the Islands Capital. It is a relaxing seaside resort on the South West corner of the island. It enjoys year round sunshine with an average summer temperature of around 35'C and an average winter minimum temperature of 25'C.This is an island of adventure and history, the birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite and the gateway to Egypt, Asia and Africa.
An Island of contrasts from the cool pine covered Troodos Mountains to the miles of attractive coastline with golden beaches and crystal clear waters, Cyprus has something for everyone. English is widely spoken across the island and driving is on the left.

The Kato Paphos / Regina Gardens area

PAPHOS REGION CATERS FOR EVERYONE: Beautiful peaceful countryside, cosmopolitan resort, great beaches, excellent nightlife and restaurants, historical sites, numerous activities, close to golf courses.
Cyprus is almost guaranteed sunshine every day and so a great time to relax and enjoying all that is there. A choice of sporting activities: golf, mini golf, 'go karting', water sports, fishing and hiking. A big water park for the kids and a bird sanctuary too.

COAST/BEACHES: The nearest beach is within 10 minutes walk, or alternatively you can take a short bus/car journey to Coral Bay Beach and Vardas Beach with their golden sands. Further out are numerous secluded sandy bays and unspoilt beaches of the Akamas Peninsular.

GOLF: 3 top quality 18 hole courses within easy driving distance open all year round. Tsada; stunning scenery, in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Secret Valley; Dramatic sculptural rock formations. Aphrodite; Stunning views of the sea and excellent clubhouse.

SKIING: Between January and March at Mount Olympus, one hour’s drive. 4 ski lifts and several cafes/restaurants.

SHOPPING: Bustling centres have everything from local handicrafts to designer labels.

NIGHTLIFE: Enjoy a drink and a meal at one of many bars or restaurants. Dance at one of the many nightclubs.
Or just put your feet up and relax with a book by the pool.

PAPHOS has something for everyone, whether sun-seeker, classicist, historian, explorer, nature lover, golfer, sports enthusiast or for a relaxing romantic Greek style holiday with superb scenery.

TOMB OF THE KINGS, Ancient Burial site is walking distance from the Apartment. Local Bars, Tavernas, Restaurants and Mini Supermarkets are also but a few minutes walk away.

DISTANCES: The delightful Harbour and medieval fort of Paphos are 10 minutes bus ride away.
Picturesque trails in Troodos Mountains or the rugged beauty of the Akamas Peninsular about 1 hour’s drive or bus ride.

Limassol, the largest resort is an hour’s drive.
Nicosia and Larnaca are at the centre – about 2 hrs drive.
Trips to Egypt, Rhodes and Symi, can be arranged by the local Tourist Information Office.

Cyprus has two international airports at Lanaca & Paphos. The Apartment is approximately 20 mins from

Paphos Airport and about 1.5 - 2 hrs from Larnaca. A new terminal has now opened at Paphos Airport

Taxi fare from Paphos is approximately 35 - 40 Euros however, a Meet & Greet service with airport transfers are an optional extra provided within this package.

“Great Welcome, great site and a fantastic apartment” The apartment was immaculate and David and Steve really made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they gave us some great advice about where to eat and things to do which was invaluable. “Fantastic holiday, superb apartment, amazing hosts, can't wait to book again next year!!!” From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped, a real home from home. Steve and David have thought of everything to make their guests stay special. The information pack was really useful and Steve and David were on hand to offer advice and help when needed. We did need their help due to a medical emergency and they were fantastic. The pool areas are lovely and clean, and the private sunbeds a blessing as it got quite busy at times. Bus service excellent and very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone and will definately be returning. Even my 14 year old son 'chillaxed' and had a great holiday. Following yours, and others suggestions, we now offer our apartments as a complete package for a 'stress free' holiday. From the Meet & Greet at the airport, the transfers to & from the apartment together with the inclusion of Wi-Fi, Satellite TV accessibility and Beach Towels for each guest has definitely extended the options that would rival any 5* hotel. To ensure that each of our guests are able to fully relax by the pool, we have now purchased a further 4 Sun-Loungers (with cushions) to compliment the existing 4 we already provide. We think that we can now fully offer our guests the personal touch and with 24 (on-site) assistance we believe that our properties are the place to stay. In fact, we have already accepted 3 repeat booking for next year as guest have departed from the apartments this year! We thank you again for your feedback. It has been really useful. “Beautiful, well equipped home from home apartment with friendly owners !” Having stayed in the one bed apartment last year, we decided to return with friends and stay in the two bed apartment. We were not disappointed ! The apartment has everything you could ask for and is truly a home from home....there is even a washing machine ! Steve and David who own the apartment are friendly and gave us a very warm welcome and the welcome pack with bread, milk, wine, etc was very well received especially seeing as we arrived late in the evening. The pool is a stones throw from the apartment and has it's own sunbeds. This is an ideal place to relax and chill out. The apartment is in an ideal location with all amenities on hand and within walking distance. There is a regular main bus service on the main road which is approximately 300-400 metres from the apartment complex which runs into Paphos and up to Coral Bay beach. We will definitely recommend this apartment to our family and friendswithout hesitation !!! “Great apartment on a lovely complex.” This is a good quality apartment on a lovely complex. It is spacious and clean with good quality furnishings. The owners have thought of everything that you might need to make your holiday relaxing. It is in a great position within the complex with a nice balcony which gets the sun all day and a fantastic view of the sunset in the evening. The pools/landscaped areas are really well looked after. Having 2 private sunbeds was great. We hired the owners car for 2 days which was great. Again, a good quality car, very clean, very reasonable rates. The owners live on site which is good as you know you can always contact them if necessary. We also arranged to be collected/ returned to the airport which made it completely stress free.Thoroughly enjoyable stay, as a holiday should be. Thanks to Steve and David. “Excellent quality accommodation, very clean and close to amenities, lovely view from balcony across to the sea.” Steven and David have made every effort to ensure that their apartments provide every amenity and comfort. They are welcoming, and available to help at anytime. There is a lift as well as access by stairs, no steps need to be negotiated. The development, Regina Gardens, is of high quality, with lovely pools and landscaped gardens. The location provides access to whatever style of restaurant and entertainment one enjoys - either popular international/ english food etc, or local tavernas and cultural sights. “Fantastic apartment, well equipped, great pools for children and adults and good location.” The apartment we rented was great for a family of four, clean, modern with aircon in all rooms which is a must in cyprus. The balcony was a good size so we ate all our meals on it with the added bonus of a gentle sea breeze and great views of the pool area and the sea beyond. We also enjoyed the freesat which entertained young children when inside and we were provided with plenty of books to read by the pool. The complex had 3 pools which catered for all age groups with the advantage of other children to give our boys friends to play with. The location was ideal for us as it is within walking distance of a supermarket and a 5 minute drive from Paphos itself. The area was also nice and quiet at night which we liked.
