Home description

This superb apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms each with a kingsize bed. The master bedroom has an en suite showeroom. There is also a separate bathroom [with shower over bath]. Both bedrooms have air con and fitted wardrobes. The lounge has two settees [ not a bed settee] and a Sony TV and DVD, a CD / mini disk player, and a selection of CD's and DVD's. Tthe lounge is also fully air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob and oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Patio sliding doors lead onto the covered balcony which overlooks the swimming pool. The balcony is perfect for sitting in the sun and for evening drinks at the outside table and chairs. For sun worshippers we have our 4 loungers and cushions around the pool. There is also an external shower area and small toilet / shower room adjacent to the pool.

There is also an iron and ironing board, and a coolbox.

The rental price is for the apartment [ not per person] and includes all electricity and water.
A welcome pack is included free of charge and consists of the basic essentials - water, bread, milk, tea and coffee etc.

The Paphos District

Paphos is internationally recognised as a beautiful part of Cyprus and has World Heritage status. Paphos is split into two main parts - Kato Paphos which is the waterside / harbour / old fort part of Paphos and includes the bars, restaurant and nightlife - and Paphos town with the market and shops [ including a Marks & Spencer and a Debenhams]. Nowadays both the areas of Kato Paphos and Paphos town merge into one. Within Paphos there are numerous archealogical sites together with old churches and ruins that you can wander about in the fantastic sunshine. Most of the hotels are situated to the east side of Kato Paphos and this is where the beaches are - together with the water park.

There are two good golf courses within 30minutes drive of Paphos.

Down at the harbour they have boat trips and fishing trips available. Watersports are available at the beaches adjacent to the hotels. Sightseeing and bus trips up into the Trudos mountains or to the turtles at Lara Bay [check availability] can be purchased from shops throughout the town.

It is a great destination for a holiday and you can choose the parts of Cyprus that you want to get involved with - for instance most of the nightlife in bars and clubs are located in one particular area - convenient if you want bars and clubs and easy to avoid if you dont!

Kato Paphos / Universal District

The apartment is situated in a residential type area of Kato Paphos and is therefore away from the direct influence of bars and nightclubs etc.

There is a Kioska and restaurant within 5 minutes walk of the apartment

How to get there

The apartment is only 15 kms from Paphos International Airport. We can arrange for a taxi to collect you from the airport and take you to the apartment and then at the end of your holiday, take you back to the airport (The cost is approximately 25 Euros each way and paid directly to the driver).

Taxis and a choice of car hire companies are available from the airport.

The apartment is part of a small friendly complex. The pool and shower facilities are excellent with plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing. Off-road private parking is available.

Cancellation charges are £100 which will be taken from the booking deposit.
