For those who enjoy swimming pool activates the Roman Hotel which is located just 50metres from the apartment has 2 outdoor pools, one of which is located on the rooftop, you can also obtain drinks and snacks from the pool side bar. All you need for a perfect holiday.

The Paphos District
Located in a quiet area off the Tomb of The Kings Road and only a 5 minute walk to the beach (no road to cross).
Local shops: Bakery, Bars, Restaurants including the" Phukhet” a Thai and Chinese restaurant and Tavernas are only a 2 minute walk away.
The apartment is ideally situated for the main bus route for visiting places such as Coral Beach .
The harbour of Kato Paphos is a 15 minute stroll and is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by whilst sipping a nice cool drink.
In the evening the restaurants that line the quay side come alive serving fresh fish and traditional Cypriot Meze.
The market in the old town is a10 minute walk away where the hustle and bustle of everyday living mixed with tourists hunting for bargains makes an idyll setting.
Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
There are many places of interest in and around Paphos, one of which is the UNESCO archaeological site which the apartment overlooks, this has history going back to the 4th century BC.
You can visit the 3rd century mosaics at the house of Dionysus, Orpheau and Aion, and the impressive Tomb of The Kings burial site with its maze of tunnels and vaults where the island rulers were buried.
Also nearby is the Aphrodite Water Park (free bus service) and Go Karting ideal for the whole family.
Other local activities include: diving, sailing, cycling, wind-surfing, water -skiing and paragliding.
Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses and almost all year round sunshine. There are three 18 hole golf courses to choose from.
For the more adventurous there is easy access to the islands mountains and forests, notably the Troodos mountains and the unspoilt Akamas region with it's wonderful and usually empty beaches, gorges and marked walking trails.
How to get there
FLIGHTS direct to Paphos Airport are available from most International Airlines including Manchester, Birmingham, Gatwick and Glasgow, and is approximately a 20 minute drive to Paphos .
It is also possible to fly into Larnaca from where it would take you approximately 90 minutes to drive to Paphos, using the new dual carriageway. We find Thomas Cook Airlines quite reasonable.
If transport is required from the airport taxi's are frequently available on site. It is also possible to pre-book a taxi for further information please contact us.
Car hire is available at both the above airports or if you prefer you can hire a car from a local company just a short walking distance from the Apartment. We find Holiday Autos quite reasonable.
The resort has a good regular bus service to Coral Bay, the Water park, Local Market etc and Taxis’ are also available.

Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balconies.
All bookings are normally from Wednesday to Wednesday although this is flexible if the property is available. Bed Linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
The apartment is booked from 1400pm on the day of arrival through to 1000am on the day of departure, this is necessary to allow for cleaning.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
Payment in pounds sterling or Euros and also by cheque or bank transfer.
A security deposit of £100 must be paid in advance before your arrival, this will be refunded once the apartment has been cleaned and found to be without damage.
The owner will guarantee a provisional booking for 5 days to allow time to book flights and the return of the booking form.
