Home description

This beautiful house has superb views of the Paphos coastlineis and is ideal for a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Situated approximately 400 metres from the sea and a short walk from the well known Tombs of the Kings, surrounded by landscape gardens which are extremely well looked after and are very beautiful.

The Paphos District

Easy access to Paphos Town, the rest of the island, the Trodoos Mountains and miles of coastline. The house is just off tomb of the kings rd (famous ancient burial chamber/mosaics, aphrodites rock. It is located in a quiet area but many bars and restaurants are within easy reach. Ikaria Village is an ideal spot for a peaceful vacation

It enjoys wonderful sea views and a fabulous climate. On average there are 340 days of sunshine a year

The village is built on different levels, on the slopes of a hill facing the coast and the landscape is dominated in the far background by the green mountains of the Troodos range


Kato Paphos / Regina Gardens area

There is horseriding within 10 mins drive, waterpark and amusement parks, beaches, fishing, walking/rural retreats. A picturesque harbour with seafront promenade boat rides daily, everything you need, there are lots of restaurants-traditional/chinese/indian/pasta/steak houses

It is close to a bus stop from which you can catch a regular bus service on three different routes going into Paphos old town (market area), the harbour or in the opposite direction to Coral Bay.

The Troodos Mountains are about a 45 minute drive and from the apartment there are many, many beaches to choose from including Coral Bay which is the area's best sandy beach.

Plenty of flights now available with Easyjet and British Airways with easy car hire from the airport. Taxis are also available from the airport.

Property is situated in Ikaria Village, Chlorakas just off the main Tomb of the Kings Road between Paphos and Coral Bay and approximately 1km from Tombs of the Kings World Heritage historial Site.

Fully equipped house contains two bedrooms (4 single beds) complete with large fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and mirrors. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. There is one bathroom and also an open plan living/dining room.

The apartment is fully furnished and also includes a sofa bed which sleeps an additonal 2 persons. Ceiling fans are installed in the downstairs rooms and ventilation is excellent with patio doors leading to the terrace and shuttered windows throughout.

All linen/towels provided. The living area has a TV, video, CD and DVD player. There are lots of maps, additonal maps, games, jigsaws, magazines, books, and a whole load of additional bits and bobs you may find helpful.

Further details outdoors:
Very large terrace area with 2 sun loungers and outdoor table and 4 chairs. The terrace area also has an extendable awning for additional shade. The raised terrace area has attractive new railings fitted ensuring total safety for all including infants.

In addition to the shared underground car park, there is a private open garage/driveway area that can be used for a car or storage of bulky beach items. The utility area comes complete with many loungers, inflatable lilos, sports equipment etc.
