The Location is second to none being over the road from the sea and the main beach of Kato Paphos. On the doorstep you have Coffee Shops, Restaurants serving a full range of Greek, English, Indian and Chinese menus to name but a few.
On site the Apartment has the use of a Tennis Court, an Overflow Swimming Pool surrounded by Mature Gardens and the Limnaria Club House and Restaurant. On site there are many bars and shops and within 10 minutes you can walk to the Harbour, The Paphos Mosaics, The Water park, The Beach, the Shops which include Debenhams, Next, Marks and Spencer, Bodyshop amongst many others.
The apartment benefits from full air conditioning, a large balcony, 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds, there is also a quality sofa bed in the lounge area. The Paphos District
Cyprus and Paphos has much to offer everyone. From those wishing to find some of the most ancient history and archeology to nature lovers exploring the mountain pine forests and snow covered peaks with excellent hiking & trails. In the hills above Paphos ancient wine producing villages offer you the chance to sample their produce. To the east of Paphos you can find the Akamas nature reserve, where Turtles nest on the secluded beaches.
There is a Water Park open in the summer and some of the best Scuba diving wrecks in the Med with expert tuition. For the Brave go-karts offer an adrenaline packed afternoon along with mountain biking, sky diving, mountain boarding infact any activity you could imagine is available.
Kato Paphos / Limnaria West Park area
The apartment is set over the road from the crystal clear waters of the Med. Within minutes you can be in any of the most popular attractions of Paphos. and within seconds you have many bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. There is no better location for a holiday in Paphos.
All three of Cyprus' leading golf courses are within twenty minutes drive drive from Paphos. With a further 2 courses designed by Tony Jacklin and Nick faldo being built as we speak. Cyprus is an ideal location for golf all year round.

A non refundable 25% reservation deposit is required on confirmation of booking, and the balance is to be paid in full no later that 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A 150 Euro Cash deposit is to be paid on arrival, which will be refunded in full at the end of stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.

The location was perfect with everything right on the doorstep, it helped keep the kids busy when they were not splashing around in the pool. HI Martin, Just a short thank you!! The apartment was great - a fantastic quiet position but near to the main coastal road - so easy access to the beach and main part of Paphos. The weather was extremely hot but the new aircon units worked a dream and kept us all cool when required. Super finish and furnishings helped to make the holiday a great one.
