About the home

Munro's Castle is a luxury townhouse set over 3 floors. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is tastefully decorated throughout. The Master bedroom (en-suite) is on the top floor and has a large private balcony, accessible through patio doors. The Double bedroom is on the 2nd floor and also has a balcony accessible through patio doors - both balconies overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens and overflow pool. Bedroom 3, also on 2nd floor has 2 single beds and bunk beds. The main bathroom is also on this floor. The ground floor has patio doors leading to private patio and garden, with barbecue and outside dining area. Also situated on the ground floor is the Lounge which has 2 large sofa's. The Dining area and fully equipped Kitchen are also on the ground floor.

A welcome pack is supplied containing basic groceries, a bottle of wine and some juice for the kids - to refresh you after your flight.

All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with Kettle, Toaster, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Cutlery and Crockery. There is a drying area in the private patio.
From the top balcony there are wonderful panoramic views of the sea which offers the best view of the beautiful sunset!

The top balcony gives a great view of the sea and is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunset.
Regina Gardens won an award for the best landscaped complex so you can imagine all the beautiful colours and wonderful smells all around the complex.
The shed is fully equipped with toys, water rings and lilos to add that extra fun-factor to your holiday.

The Paphos region

Paphos has pleasant weather all year round, with hot summers and mild winters. There are some great shops and restaurants in paphos including old faithfuls such as marks and spencer and next,also mcdonalds for the children.There is also a street market within easy walking distance.

The Kato Paphos / Regina Gardens area

The complex is a short walk away from the Tomb of the Kings road which offers a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The complex of regina gardens is as you can see from the photos a clean and safe area and the pools are spotlessly clean.it is ideally suited for young and old alike. You will also find a good supermarket just outside the complex and a local bakery for your early morning rolls.A telephone kiosk is at the bottom of the road and I would advise buying a phonecard from any of the local shops as it is cheaper than using your mobile.

Paphos is on the south-west coast of the Island. Munro's Castle is ideally situated on the edge of Paphos town with the Beach, Supermarket, bars & Tavernas just a short walk away. Coral Bay is only a 10 minute drive and Paphos airport is just 15 minutes drive away.
There is a regular bus service at the end of the road which takes you to Coral bay or Paphos town, the Harbour and the Waterpark.

“Fantastic villa in quiet but convenient location” This is a spacious and wonderfully located villa. It has a lovely patio area overlooking the pool with a BBQ and covered table that easily seated all 7 of us. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is the most well equipped apartment I have ever stayed in. All beach and bath towels provided, fully equipped kitchen, pool store with lilo and toys, DVDs. I think you could find anything you needed somewhere in this apartment somewhere! This villa is situated in a mainly privately owned complex, which means the whole complex is maintained to a high standard. If anything goes wrong, one of the resident owners is on the phone and it's sorted. We were there height of summer season and it was never over crowded. There are 2 large pool areas and a paddling pool. The resident owners are a great source of local information. There is a mini market about a 2 min walk away and a big supermarket less than 10 min walk away. There is also a bus stop less than 10 mins away. Buses are every 10 mins and cost 1 Euro for over 12s to any destination. The buses go Coral Beach and the Harbour. There are some lovely restaurants and an ice cream shop all within walking distance too. We are a large family and this apartment was spacious and perfectly located, as we didn't want a car hire. There are plenty of parking spaces if you do. The complex was immaculate and the large bins emptied regularly. The owner was friendly and helpful and there was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived. Our family range from 8 year old twins to a nearly 17 year old and they all loved this apartment. Paphos was very accommodating to a large family, free entry for some of the kids, discounted meals. We've never felt so welcome before. We would definitely go back and stay here again. This has to be the best holiday villa we have stayed in.

“Jolly Holiday” Our stay at Munro's castle was very enjoyable. The location was perfect you couldn't get any closer to the pool area and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was a great accommodation for two families to share. We had all the amenities we needed. It was like being home from home. Very clean & comfortable. We would highly recommend it to family and friends. Booking the accommodation was easy with a very friendly reception from Mrs Mckelvie who was only too happy to answer any questions or concerns we had at the time of booking and before we were due to travel. So thank you Maureen. It's not the first time we had stayed at Regina Gardens so were very familiar with some of the many attractions and restaurants to visit. Our children were very happy there too. They enjoyed their stay and made lots of new friends whilst playing round the pool. We all met some really lovely & friendly holiday makers and everyone got along.
