The Paphos District
Paphos is the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love & beauty. It has a marvellous climate with an average of 340 days of sunshine a year, fine beaches, vine covered hillsides & pine scented forests. Visitors can bask on sun-drenched beaches, swim in the dazzling blue sea in the morning, (& between Dec & March) visit the snow covered Troodos mountains for an afternoons skiing.
Paphos offers the best of both worlds. Excellent cosmopolitan restaurants, nightclubs, famous wines & beautiful beaches, alternatively one can visit quiet mountain villages, seemingly untouched by the twentieth century. 2,800 years of history & culture have left Cyprus a heritage rich in historical & artistic treasures - Byzantine monasteries, ruins of Greek & Roman monuments & Venetian castles.
Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
There are 23 ancient sites within easy walking distance. These include a medieval fortress, the 4 mosaic houses, Tomb of the Kings World heritage site (containing many rock cut chambers & catacombs), 13th & 16th century churches, Roman amphitheatre & temple ruins.
For the more active there are many watersport available, including water ski-ing, para gliding & sailing. You could also try fishing, horse-riding, mountain biking or a visit to the local water park. There is also an excellent go carting track with many different sized carts available.
Whilst in Cyprus you must try their national dish "The Meze" which can consist of 26 meat or fish courses. They are very proud of their cooking & some of the recipes are handed down through generations. The Cypriot people are famous for their wonderful hospitality & their friendliness is legendary.

The villa is tastefully furnished throughout with the lounge & dining areas containing a TV, video, music system & playstation.There is also a downstairs WC & handbasin.
Further details outdoors: The villa has a gated carport & 2 private planted gardens with patio areas & BBQ. The rear garden has a table, 6 chairs & a sun umbrella. 4 sunloungers are also available
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required, with the full payment to be made 1 month before arrival. A GB 50 pound security deposit will be required with the final payment. This is fully refundable if no damage is done to the property
