This 2nd floor apartment is part of the popular Pafia 4 complex, a very private and quiet setting of only 20 apartments, which has a lift to all floors making it very accessible for all ages. There is a private communal pool with sun loungers, set in a mature garden.
The apartment is close to the beach, restaurants and town centres of both old and new Paphos. An excellent location for all resort facilities and its beautiful seafront, harbour and medieval castle which hosts a wonderful array of cultural events. A short drive or bus journey will take you to Coral Bay beach.

The whole of Paphos is a World Heritage Site with the most exquisite mosaics and Roman remains, the Odeon, The Lighthouse and the Tombs of the Kings.

The apartment was ideally located for exploring Paphos and it was only a short bus ride to Coral Bay where the beach was fantastic! The apartment was spacious and clean. We enjoyed a fabulous week in Paphos, the flat is wonderfully located near to town to see the mosaics, shop and eat at local restaurants and easy to go out on excursions round the island. The apartment is lovely and clean, well kitted out and quiet so it's great for days when you just want to relax by the pool and soak up the sun! Mr & Mrs Kane
We have stayed at this apartment twice now and we have already booked for next year! It is situated in a quiet residential area so nice and quiet at night and yet within 5 minutes you can be in the centre of things with restaurants and bars to suit every taste. The harbour area, with lots more restaurants and bars is a 20 minute walkaway or a short 5 minutes bus journey. The beautiful beaches at Coral Bay are a 20 minute bus journey in the other direction - buses are cheap and very regular. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with good facilities including all the untensils needed for cooking, a good oven, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. There are a large number of videos to watch plus an extensive book selection to choose from. The communal swimming pool is also great and never gets too busy. Other residents and holiday makers are also very friendly. Overall a great place to spend a holiday no matter what your age. The Le Morvans
