Aphrodite Gardens is a luxurious gated community of just 32 apartments, encased within a beautifully appointed communal garden with flowers, palm trees and central pool area.
Completed in September 2006, this 85 metre 2 bedroom apartment really offers everything you need for a home from home stay in the sunny town of Paphos. Situated just off the main road network to the airport and the heart of Paphos and its harbour, yet privately situated and next to a local private fruit orchard owned by friendly local resident, Costas.
Equipped with every facility, you will find this an ideal location from which to explore the island.
Please Note that beach towels are provided free of charge which will save on your luggage allowance.
The apartment also has a small 4 seater 2 door car that can be made available on request subject to a small extra charge.

The Paphos District
Situated at the South Western corner of Cyprus is Paphos, the ex small historic and harbor town, now a thriving and growing cosmopolitan community with a population in excess of 60,000 people. Paphos, albeit the name of the main town, also shares its name with the region of Paphos, which stems from its border with Limassol in the East to the Akamas mountains in the West. If you want to drive around Paphos be prepared for a trip of great variety and splendor. The hustle and bustle of Paphos town can be quite different to a visit to one of its many surrounding mountain villages, where time still stands still and donkeys and goats still roam freely in the streets.
Paphos is a minefield of historic wonders and beauty, dating back to when it was indeed the capital city of the island during Roman times. A visit to Paphos cannot be deemed complete without a trip to one of the islands most beautiful icons and beauty spots, Aphrodite’s Rock, the birthplace of Aphrodite herself. Searching some of the regions wonderful history can be found as near as 5 kilometers from the town centre with a visit to Lemba and Kissonerga, where ancient villages dating back to the Bronze Age can still be found.
Today Paphos is a great place to be. You can find peace and tranquility, hustle and bustle, mix with the locals or stick with your own. Sample the regions wines, taste fruit and vegetables as they should be and food and hospitality that is unlike most places on earth. Shops and markets a plenty, pretty much whatever you like in life you will be sure to find it in Paphos.

If you are a keen golfer you are within 25 minutes drive of all Paphos’s highly recommended professional golf courses as well as the superb Paphos water park just 5 minutes away. Easy to find, just off the main highways to central Paphos, harbour and ring road to the airport, Aphrodite Gardens is a superb luxurious place to spend your holiday.

Further details indoors: No 27 Aphrodite Gardens is a first floor, 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the central pool to the front and fruit orchard to the rear. (see gallery for images) The main room being a very large open plan area comprising entrance hall, luxurious fully equipped kitchen, beautiful dining area and comfortable and beautifully furnished lounge.
The hall area which has a large sideboard and huge wooded mirror leads to the kitchen which is light and airy and overlooks the orchards to the rear. The modern kitchen is complete with every utensil you need as well as the usual. Electric fan oven, halogen hob with extractor, microwave, coffee maker, water cooler, toaster etc and has a nice bricked featured breakfast bar.
In the kitchen you will find a tumble dyer as well as a large frost free fridge/freezer plus everything else that you would need. As this still remains a holiday home for the owners, nothing has been sacrificed on. This is not an investment, it is a home too!
In the dining room you will find a modern and stylish rattan dining suite that can seat four adults in comfort and luxury.
The large lounge area offers air conditioned/heated comfort and luxury with a large 3 seater rattan suite and 2 chairs to match, surrounding the TV, complete with DVD and satellite. There is also a CD player/radio and games forthe children. Double glazed doors with blinds and curtains lead out to a large balcony area that overlooks the gardens and pool area. Loungers can be set out here to join the large round dining table with four comfortable dining chairs for al fresco dining on those warm evenings and afternoons.
The hallway has a central cupboard area which houses the dish washer and washing machine just in case you need to do an extra wash you here..!
The hallway leads off to two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one twin and one double, the twin overlooking the gardens and pool area and the double room with views over the orchard and gardens. Both air conditioned/heated rooms have large integrated cupboards and drawers, vanity mirrors and bedside tables with reading lamps
In-between both bedrooms is the bathroom, in pink and blue tile, complete with bath, shower, sink and cupboard and WC. The bathroom has ample storage for toiletries, large vanity mirror and separate shaving mirror.
Further details outdoors: Outside the apartment is a large communal area with gardens with palm trees, grass and flowers as well as the large central swimming pool which has shower and changing room facilities next to it. The whole community is gated and has 4 electric gates for easy and safe car access to all private parking spaces, provided.
