The Paphos District
Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and Paphos harbour are only 15 minutes walk away or 4 minutes driving. Water park, paintballing and go-karting are a 5-10 minute drive away. Coral Bay being the most popular beach for tourists is a 10 minute drive.
The local beach is a 15 minute walk away. Coral Bay which is one of the nicest beaches and is also suitable for children is a 10 minute drive away and has a lovely restaurant and beach reclining service.
Kato Paphos / Universal District
Tsada golf course is an 18 hole golf course measuring 6060 metres. The Secret Valley golf course offers 18 holes surrounded by trees and includes clubhouse, lockers and a driving range with tuition. Aphrodite Hills golf course boasts of lakes, olive trees and is set in a true style PGA environment with a Pro shop and practice holes. All three golf courses are approximately 20 - 30 minutes drive from Paphos.
Skiing during the winter months is typically January to March in the Troodos mountains and is only an hours drive away. Please check weather conditions if booking specifically for this purpose.
How to get there
Paphos is only 20 min drive from Paphos Airport. Budget lines like First Coice or Thomas Cook offer frequent and convenient flights.

Contemporary dining room table and chairs give you the option of eating indoors, although we recommend eating outdoors on the rooftop or the balcony given the opportuinity. The kitchen includes fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave,kettle and toaster. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen size bed and build in wardrobe and drawers. The double glass sliding doors lead onto the balcony from the lounge and the bedroom to overlook the swimming pool. A wall mounted flat screen has been installed in the bedroom for those who want to relax after touring the sites or relaxing by the pool.
Further details outdoors: The property has two balconies and a private rooftop garden area for your leisure. The front balcony includes cafe' style table and chairs for your enjoyment. The rooftop garden is equipped with quality garden furniture, two recliners and a barbecue. The rooftop garden also has external lighting so you can enjoy yourselves long after watching the sun go down. The communal area has all the luxuries one could want on a sunny holiday ensuring you can relax for the holidays. A large swimming pool for everyone to enjoy and a smaller paddling pool for the children. A large communal barbecue is situated next to the pool, allowing you to cool down and keep an eye on the food at the same time. Toilets and an outside shower are also on the ground floor. All of this can be overlooked from the aparment, so you can relax and still keep an eye on loved ones. The apartment complex includes undercover parking for residents and is large enough to accommodate a four wheel drive. Extra parking is available on the street outside the complex.

The apartment is prepared before vistors arrive. Guests may request additional cleaning services during their stay and a welcome basket of food and drink to be delivered prior to their arrival. Please contact us with your requirements prior to placing your deposit.
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required upon booking (non refundable). Full balance is required 2 weeks before departure date. If booking is less than 2 weeks before the departure date full payment is required. When booking a £100 deposit is required to cover any breakages/loss of keys. This will be refunded upon checking of apartment and keys returned within a maximum of ten days. A welcome pack is available and is to be requested upon booking.
