Home description
A beautiful apartment on a recently developed complex with two large communal pools in gardens with a backdrop of mature citrus trees. Furnished and equipped to an excellent standard with all the facilities you'd expect to find in your own home. Air conditioning is found throughout the apartment and the bedroom provides a comfortable double bed. The living, dining & kitchen area are open plan with guest WC. The living area also comes equipped with a fold out double sofa bed. Our balcony is very spacious and has its own patio furniture.
There is satellite TV which provides BBC, ITV, Sky News etc and also a DVD player for your use.
A convience store can be found approximately 200 yards away and the harbour front in Paphos is only a 15 minute wlak beyond.
This is a perfect holiday for couples and families due to there being lots of good restaurants and nightlife as well as waterparks and beaches nearby. Come here to relax, have fun or to explore the gems of Cyprus.

The Paphos District
The Paphos district is a beautiful part of Cyprus that enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate. It is steeped in history and has lots to do and see including The Tombs of the Kings, The Rock of Aphrodite, The Sanctuary of Aphrodite, 3 Golf courses, The Akamas Peninsular, The Troodos Mountains plus many more attractions.
Or if sight seeing isn't your cup of tea then you can soak up the atmosphere by simply strolling along the harbour front and selecting one of the extensive choice of restaurants and bars to relax in. Many of the bars offer excellent Cypriot cuisine which is mainly prepared from fresh local produce. There is also a wide variety of choice including Italian, Chinese, Brazilian, all offering good value for money. A short bus ride away you can visit the old town which provide a further choice of bars, restaurants and shops.
Most Cypriots speak good english and their friendly nature helps you to quickly relax on this beautiful island. Driving is easy as the cars are right hand drive as driving is on the left hand side. The are numerous municipal parking areas around the harbour front and old town and with traffic signs being very similar to the UK you could easy forget that you were driving in a foreign country. Public transport is easily accessible with taxis and buses in abundance
Paphos also benefits from good nightlife with the centre of it being based along 'bar street' just set back from the harbour front. With its all year round sunshine this is an ideal holiday destination.

Go on organised trips on jeep safari, visit the bird park, boat trips from the harbour on the glass bottom boat, visit the Troodos mountains or get into the tradition of Cyprus and visit the local villages and their traditional tavernas.
For the keen Golfer a 45 minute drive up the higway takes you to 2 champinship golf courses, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley where you will fins 18 hole championship courses, 5 * Intercontinental Hotel, tennis courts, Spa facilities and a luxury clubhouse when you fancy a spot of lunch, serving splendid snacks and drinks. The Pafos Aquarium invites you to enter a mysterious underwater world - to experience life in the fascinating realms of the deep.
Good weather conditions and a varied landscape make Cyprus an interesting road and mountain-biking place all year round.
Traffic regulations are similar to the UK with driving on the left-hand side of the road. International road traffic signs are placed along roads and freeways and you can easily rent a bicycle from CYP5-8 per day. These prices can be reduced if renting for longer periods

How to get there
Flights to Paphos are available from most UK airports. Our apartment is a 20 minute drive/taxi ride from Paphos International airport. Hire cars can be picked up from the airport or delivered to the apartment. A taxi costs in the region of 17 - 20 Cypriot pounds (Becomes Euro in jan 2008) Larnaca airport is also an option as flights can sometimes be cheaper and the transfer time is only 1hr 20min on the new motorway.

Further details outdoors: The development is beatuifully designed with mature citrus trees around the two communal pools. As well as being an idea place for holiday makers there are many residents on site that help create a warm and friendly community. The pools are cleaned daily and the landscaped gardens are kept to a wonderful standard. The are ample sun loungers and umbrellas with poolside toilets and showers facilities.
There is a private parking space undercover.

Our apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival with linen and towels available. A welcome package or extra linen change can also be arranged.
Books will be complete once dates have been agreed and booking forms completed. These are available on request. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the full balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A £100 returnable deposit is also required for keys & breakages.
Change over days are flexible and there is strictly no smoking in any part of the apartment except for the balcony. Cigarette ends must be discarded safely & considerately.
