Eliana Villa II is a spacious, detached 3 bedroom villa with it's own private swimming pool and gardens located in a very quiet area of Kato Paphos ideal for your summer holiday rental.

Villa Eliana II is in WALKING DISTANCE of the heart of Kato Paphos and Paphos Harbour with it's many shops, restaurants, tavernas, pubs, banks, supermarkets and beaches.

Car hire is not essential as everything is within easy walking distance and there is a bus stand a few minutes walk away, the service runs regularly to everywhere in Paphos.

Villa Eliana II offers a spacious lounge with full length glass patio doors leading onto the pool area which has a glass table to enjoy your al fescoe dining.

An open plan dining area next to the fitted kitchen and breakfast bar with full length patio doors opening up onto the swimming pool and patio terrace where there is a gas BBQ.

A granite staircase leads to the first floor which comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite and a family bathroom serves the other bedrooms.

The villa is located in a quiet area with the city centre, beach and harbour just minutes away - the best of both worlds!

WI FI is available on request for wireless laptop connection so that you can keep in touch with your business and personal world whilst in Cyprus.

A sister villa is also available to rent Villa Eliana making these villas ideal for larger parties of up to 12-14 persons.

The master bedroom with en suite has patio doors leading to a balcony which overlooks the pool an ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine on the warm summer evenings or enjoy your breakfast in the morning..

Two twin bedrooms are located right next to the main bathroom and a cloakroom with WC and washbasin completes the ground floor.

A cot with full bed linen is available on request. Also a high chair and safety gate are available on request.

Double patio doors open onto the large paved poolside area with 6 sun loungers, one large round table with parasol and 6 chairs.The swimming pool is a large 8 x 4 meter.

For your health a high standard of hygiene is assured throughout the year by a professional cleaning service which maintains the pool twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

Four pool lights, one located on each corner of the pool, ensures adequate lighting at night. Discreet lighting in the swimming pool itself creates a very relaxing atmosphere during the evening hours.

The Paphos region

The old town of Paphos remains typically Cypriot with winding streets lined with restaurants, open-air cafes and ancient churches. It also boasts a wonderful indoor market selling a colourful selection of fruits and vegetables.

The lower and newer part of town is known as Kato Paphos and is more of a tourist area. Here you will find an endless choice of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and a quaint little harbor offering excellent fish taverns overlooked by Paphos castle.

Interesting sites in Paphos are The Mosaics (located in Kato Paphos) where amazing mosaics have been beautifully preserved for 16 centuries in the house of Dionysus. The Tombs of the Kings (Kato Paphos) where a wide area of underground tombs were carved out of solid rock creating burial chambers for ancient nobles.

Approximately 15km east of Paphos you can see Aphrodite's Rock. This impressive landmark is where Aphrodite (Greek goddess of love) is said to have risen from the waves.

Places of interest to visit:

Tombs of the Kings
Wide area containing underground tombs carved out of solid rock dating to 4th century BC, many decorated with Doric pillars. Whether Kings were buried here or not, the magnificence of the tombs gave the locality its name.

The Mosaics of Paphos
House of Dionysos, House of Theseus and the recently excavated House of Aion. Kato Paphos, near the harbour.

The amazing mosaic floors, of these 3rd century AD noblemens' villas are considered among the finest in the Eastern Mediterranean. They mostly depict scenes from Greek mythology and are beautifully executed.

Paphos Odeon
A small 2nd century Odeon entirely built of well-hewn limestone blocks. It was uncovered by the Cyprus Department of Antiquities in 1973-4 and is now regularly used for musical and theatrical performances.

Paphos Castle
Kato Paphos, originally built as a Byzantine fort to protect the harbour, was rebuilt by the Lusignans in the 13th century, then dismantled by the Venetians in 1570, who found themselves unable to defend it against the Ottomans, who in turn restored and strengthened it after they captured the island.

“Fabulous” "The description of the property and location were extremely accurate. Only 15 mins walk to the local bars and tavernas. When we arrived, the villa was in pristine condition and the cleanliness surpassed our expectations. Joulietta, the owner, was more than helpful for all our personal requirements from stocking the fridge with wine to organising a hired car for us. She was only a telephone call away. She even allowed us to vacate the property later than we should have due to a PM flight. Although a car was not required, we wanted to see more of the Island and Joulietta got us a very good deal. I would have no hesitation in recommending his villa to anyone. Hope to return next year!!"

“fantastic service from joulietta and her father” The villa was superb, and extremely clean. The service was very good and very friendly. Joulietta's dad cooked us a lovely meal which fed us for two days!! During our stay it was our youngest granddaughter's 7th birthday and Joulietta organised and delivered the best chocolate birthday cake we have ever tasted. When the air conditioning broke down in one room, we contacted Joulietta and it was repaired immediately. It was a fair walk to the harbour as the temperature was well into the forties, but it only seemed to bother us oldies!! Ages of party: 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 children.

"This is a clean, well equipped villa which enabled us to have a relaxing, comfortable holiday in a home from home environment. Mind you, no pool at home!! The property is suitably secluded and has easy access to restaurants and supermakets. The walk to the harbour is a 15 min stroll or less than 5mins by taxi.

The pool was fab and was cleaned twice, once before our arrival then again during our one week stay. It was terrific having your own private pool, swimming whenever you wanted at any time.

Joulietta arranged our airport transfers and even had a Limo take us back to the airport on our return home. We felt like royalty. The ice cream man came directly to our door at 3pm/3.30, the ice cream is very tasty!!! We felt so attached to this beautiful home and were so sad to leave.
