The property is situated on a small friendly residential complex; it is on the first floor with wide stairway access. Briefly it comprises of two bedrooms, one with king size divan and safe, the other with twin beds. Both have large wardrobe space. The lounge area has a sofa bed with occasional chairs, a TV, DVD and HI FI. The kitchen diner is fully equipped with oven hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs, with extra chairs available. The bathroom has shower and w/c. The Apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout. Outside there is a large balcony with access from the master bedroom and lounge, on it are sun beds and a table and chairs to enjoy early morning and late afternoon sun. Weekly laundry service is available, all towels and bed linen provided. There are sun-beds and umbrellas available around the pool which is directly behind the apartment. The property is approx 15mins from Paphos airport, 5mins from Paphos town and the harbour is 15mins walk away or 5mins by bus. Restaurants, supermarkets and banks are all within a 5mins walk. Airport transfers are available, payable locally.

The Paphos District
Paphos is situated on the West coast of Cyprus, it enjoys over 330 days of sunshine a year , with quite high summer temperatures and mild winters . Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
Paphos offers both museums and archaeological sites to explore. The best is the Roman Paphos Mosaics , next to the harbour and nearby the Tombs of the Kings. Kourion is an archaeological site featuring a well- preserved Roman theatre and remains in a wonderful cliff top setting. The Troudos Mountains are not far away and offer lots of small interesting villages . The Kykkos Monastery built in the 12th century is a must visit. Watersports are offered at local beaches, with Coral Bay being very popular, fishing trips are offered at Paphos harbour and Aphrodite Water Park is nearby. There are three quality golf courses with in 20 mins drive.

Further details outdoors: From one end of the balcony you have a view of Paphos high town,where you can find,markets,fashion shops,bars and restaurants.From the other end you can see partial sea views along the Tombs of the Kings coast road. There is a large hypermarket,within 5mins walk,selling fresh produce,local food and wines,but also all your English branded goods.This gives you the opportunity to dine alfresco on the balcony or dine out at a wide range of good quality restaurants within a short walk. If you would like to venture futher afield and do not drive , there is a bus stop outside O neils wine bar and restaurant ,which is only a few mins walk. Buses run often up the coast road taking you one way as far as Coral Bay, and the other way down to the Harbour and to Paphos high town where you can get buses to take you all over the island.
