NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Long term lets are also available, discounted rates on application. A charge of £5 per night applies for the 5th person. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of departure there will be no refund. Travel insurance is essential! A refundable deposit of £100 is required for damages. An extra £100 refundable deposit is required for the use of the Sky TV. A daily rate of £3 is payable for air-conditioning. Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises. At the moment changeover days are flexible, as are check in/out times where possible. Bookings for single sex parties are not accepted.
