Comfortable 2 bedroom house set amidst mature gardens witha large swimming pool with roman steps for easy access at the shallow end. this small complex makes an ideal family holiday location, beneffitting fron a quiet location and yet within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurant, bars and shops. There are also 3 excellent golf courses nearby and a short drive outwith Paphos you can experience explore the Troodos mountains. Accommodation; the two air conditioned bedrooms and family bathroom are upstairs and downstairs the living/dining/kitchen area are open plan opening out onto the private patio with garden furniture.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Long term lets are also available, discounted rates on application. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of departure there will be no refund. Travel insurance is essential! A refundable deposit of £100 is required for damages. An extra £100 refundable deposit is required for the use of the Sky TV. A daily rate of £3 is payable for air-conditioning. Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises. At the moment changeover days are flexible, as are check in/out times where possible. Bookings for single sex parties are not accepted.
