You will sleep soundly in this villa, it has extra large king sized beds with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets! Loads of cupboard space in each air conditioned bedroom and the family shower room next door with a power shower and built in vanity unit for storage. The villa is furnished with contemporary Danish furniture and has a fully equipped kitchen. Down stairs opens out on to the patio and gets the sun all afternoon, perfect for relaxing with a book and a cool drink!

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

An additional £5 per day is payable for the 5th and 6th person. Long term lets are also available, discounted rates on application. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of departure there will be no refund. Travel insurance is essential! A refundable deposit of £100 is required for damages. An extra £100 deposit is required for the use of the sky TV. A daily rate of £3 is payable for air-conditioning. Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises. At the moment changeover days are flexible, as are check out times where possible. Bookings for single sex parties are not accepted.
