Ideal for families, this villa has 2 bedrooms both with very comfortable beds and air conditioning. Tha master bedroom has a balcony with a view to one of the communal pools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to self cater with ease. The living area has a surround sound TV/DVD system which will play most CDs and also has an MP3 connection. A selection of books and games are provided.

The Paphos District

The birthplace of Aphrodite, Paphos is steeped in a wealth of history, culture and mythology. It is at Petra tou Romiou (also known as Aphrodite's Rock) where it is said that the Goddess of Love and Beauty rose from the waves and onto the shores of the island. Whether you are looking for culture or fun there is something for everyone! From ancient Byzantine churches to family fun at the Aphrodite Water Park and lots in between. Almost all year round sunshine makes Paphos the perfect destination for Golf, and water sports but yet during the winter enjoy excellent skiing on the slopes of the Troodos Mountains.

Kato Paphos / Universal District

Paphos itself is split into two main areas. The old town has an abundance of shops selling all types of local products from lace to Cyprus's well known drink Zivania. You can also relax in one of the many cafes and enjoy a Cypriot coffee whilst the world passes you by. Down by the harbour, or Kato Paphos, you will find fishing boats that bring ashore their daily catch for the local restaurants. Beside the harbour you will also find the imposing Old Fort and Odeon which are still used to this day for internationally renowned musical productions; further along behind the shops and restaurants you will find the Paphos Archeological Park with the famous Roman Mosaics, said to be the finest in the Mediterranean.

How to get there

Flights to Paphos are available from most UK airports, although do not discount Larnaca as an option as flights can sometimes be considerably cheaper and the transfer time is only 1hr 20min.

•Rental price based on 4 persons sharing; a supplement of £5 is payable for the 5th and 6th person per night respectively. •If the rental period is for less than 7 days, a welcome pack will be provided but guests must pay for the cleaning costs. •If the rental period includes Xmas, New Year or Easter there will be a supplement of £50 payable.

•The deposit of 25% is non refundable and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. •Bookings will be held provisionally for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit. •A security deposit of £200 is payable; this is refunded once the keys have been returned and there has been no damage reported or excess cleaning required. •Price excludes air conditioning - £3 extra per night •Price includes the use of the Jacuzzi •Special prices are available for longer winter lets, please ask for details.

•Holiday Insurance is essential! •Single sex bookings are not accepted •Linen and towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels •Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises
