Ideal for the a self catering family holiday, this semi detached villa has 2 airconditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans and very comfortable beds. Relax in comfort down stairs in the open plan living/dining /kitchenarea; it has a leather suite with seating for 6 people and the kitchen has been equipped to be a home from home. Sky TV for the soap fans, an i-pod docking station to enjoy your own taste in music, a wide choice of books, games and DVDs.
The living area opens out to an enclosed private patio with a view of the comminal pool. Two sunloungers, table and chairs and a BBQ have been provided.

The Paphos District

Visitors to Cyprus cannot fail to notice and be influenced by the spirit of Aphrodite which still captivates the Island and never more so than in the Paphos Region. Petra tou Romiou (better known as Aphrodite's Birtplace), the Sanctuary of Aphrodite at Kouklia, the baths of Aphrodite close to Latchi are all favourite attractions.

Kato Paphos / Universal District

Kato Paphos is also steeped in history and many of the archeological sites are within walking distance. At the harbour you will find the Ancient Fort, the Roman Mosaic Houses, a 2nd Century Odeon which is still used for international musical shows and the Church and Pillar of St Pauls.

How to get there

Flights to Paphos are available from most UK airports, although do not discount Larnaca as an option as flights can sometimes be considerably cheaper and the transfer time is only 1hr 20min.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the twin bedroom has a TV and DVD player. They both have an ample supply of hangers (the lack of which is a pet hate!), a hairdryer each, 2 large mirrors each and beach towels are prvided.

The villa is a semi detached with a private patio/garden area. The complex itself only has 22 units and is beautifully landscaped. There are plenty sunloungers around the pool and there are communal toilets and showers.

Long term lets are also available, discounted rates on application.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of departure there will be no refund. Travel insurance is essential!
A refundable deposit of £100 is required for damages. An extra £100 deposit is required for the use of the sky TV. A daily rate of £3 is payable for air-conditioning. Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises. At the moment changeover days are flexible, as are check out times where possible.
Bookings for single sex parties are not accepted.
