About the home

Limnaria Gardens is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (sleeps Max 8). Located on First floor & has wheel chair access to all levels and is located in the heart of the very exclusive coastal area of Kato Paphos with large overflowing swimming pool and tennis club, health club, boutique stores and specialty restaurants.

It is located only minutes from the area’s ancient historic harbour, medieval castle & UNESCO’S archaeological park.

The apartment has a covered balcony ideal for getting out of the sun at the end of the day, Also there is a large shared overflowing swimming pool with a walk in Jacuzzi & a children's pool, set amongst tranquil landscaped gardens.

A car is not required for your stay as you are within walking distance of all the facilities.

A welcome pack is with our compliments having milk, tea, sugar, water, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice, eggs & bacon or Pizza, sunflower oil, Toilet rolls. Please let me know if there are any dietry specifications to be aware of. Specific grocery packs and special requests can also be arranged

The veranda has table and chairs for your use as well as the swimming pool area which has free sun loungers.
There are changing rooms and showers near the pool area.

Parking facilities at the apartment

If you wish to hire a vehicle we can arrange this for you at a discounted price. We can also arrange to meet and greet you from the airport and transportation to the local golf courses.

When you arrive at the apartment you will be welcomed by our representative who will be English-speaking and on hand to answer any questions 24 hours per day.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required eight weeks before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee is due at the time of booking.

Maid and Laundry service once per week. Please bring own beach towels.

The Paphos region

Paphos has lots to offer for everyone - young and old, singles, couples and families. There's plenty of places to eat and drink, the charming fishing harbour and medieval fort, the quaint old town with the daily local market and plenty of shops, all types of water sports from the beach, plenty of sports facilities for the active plus 10000 years of history to discover.

Not forgetting of course an average of 340 days of sunshine each year! Paphos combines a cosmopolitan holiday resort, spectacular countryside and historical sites. There are numerous attractions available within the vicinity of Paphos and our villa including but not limited to (in no particular order)- 3 golf courses, water sports, aquarium, wineries, monasteries/Greek temples/Byzantine churches/archaeological museums, art galleries.

A great place to visit is Paphos mediaeval fort, Paphos harbour, boat trips, water park, safari trips, fishing, go-karting, 10 pin bowling, mini golf, potteries, lace village, horse riding, donkey sanctuary, bird park, snake park, excursions to Egypt, Israel, Syria, Lebanon, diving centre, tennis, cycling, hiking/nature trails, bird watching, internet cafes, fitness centres, shooting skiing (in the Troodos Mountains from beginning of January to end of March).

The Kato Paphos / Limnaria Gardens area

There is something for everyone in Paphos and the surrounding areas. Paphos is an all year round resort so it never closes. Near by you can find a variety of sports activities such as go karting to fishing trips. You can also go walking or cyling exploring the wild life and scenery, or just simply lie back and unwind by the beautiful pool at the apartment or if you fancy a round of Golf Contact Mike.

Skiing in Cyprus is a well kept secret. You can ski from the beginning of January to the end of March in the Troodos Mountains which are just an 2 hour drive away. It really is possible to ski in the mountains and swim in the sea on the same day.
