The Paphos District
Centrally located and the perfect position for your holiday… only a few minutes level stroll from the sea, close enough to the harbour in Kato Paphos, just below the shops & market in Paphos Old Town, on the entrance to Tomb of the Kings Road with ample shops, restaurants, etc. You have easy access by car or bus to the popular beach of Coral Bay. The 3 Golf Courses in Cyprus are all located in the Paphos area, are all short driving distance from Queens Gardens. The area is steeped with archeological sites including ancient mosaics and the tomb of the kings.

Further details indoors: The property has a spacious living area with relaxing lounge seating, including a sofa bed, a formal dining table with 6 chairs, doors which lead to a balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard with further table & chairs for outside dining. From the living area there is a wide spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace and a square arch to the kitchen, modern and well equipped with all one could need, including a washing machine / combined tumble dryer.
Both bedrooms are a very good size, the master bedroom is a generous double with built in wardrobes and patio doors to the balcony (which overlooks the courtyard). The 2nd bedroom is a spacious twin room (with 2 single beds), also has built in wardrobes and its own private balcony (to the rear) with views over the communal swimming pool. The bathroom is modern and tastefully tiled, with a shower fitted over the bath
Further details outdoors: The communal areas to Queens Gardens are very attractive and well maintained, beautifully landscaped with fountains, palm trees and shrubs, a lovely area for the enjoyment of the residents & occupants only. The property has car parking in the basement, keeping the car out of the strong sun and staying cooler.
