Our one bedroom apartment is very well situated within walking distance of the harbour area with all the restaurants, bars and nightlife.
It is set in attractive gardens overlooking the large pool with a small pool for children. There are showers, toilets and changing facilities by the pool.
The apartment itself has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. It has air conditioning, fly screens, a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and large double balcony. The large balcony can be accessed via the lounge or the bedroom and is perfect place to sit and eat breakfast an evening meal or just a nice glass of wine.
The main bedroom has a king size bed which can be split into two beds if required. It has a large ceiling fan and air conditioning. The lounge sofa converts easily into a very comfortable double bed.
There is a dvd and cd player in the lounge and games and books in case the weather is unsettled. In Cyprus, however, this is unlikely !

A spacious light, airey and fully air conditioned apartment with all the comforts of home. We have tried to think of everything that our guests may require during their stay.
The property sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

The property benefits from a spacious double balcony with table and chairs for dining and loungers for sun bathing.
The gardens are well maintained with palm trees and attractive plants and grassed areas. There is a large pool for adults and a smaller pool for toddlers.
There are showers and sunbeds by the poolside plus changing facilities and toilets.
The complex is quite quiet unlike busy hotels as many of the apartments are privately owned and the majority are not let out.
Cyprus has an excellent climate and is an all year round holiday destination. Everyone drives on the same side as the UK so hiring a car is no problem at all.
October /November are lovely months to visit as the temperature is normally around 70 degrees. Even in December the weather can be mild.
The Paphos region
The apartment is within easy walking distance of Kato Paphos shops, restaurants, beach and the harbour area. It is also not far from the outstanding Akamas region which is a World Heritage Site. The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car.
Cyprus is fast becoming noted for its excellent golf courses and there are 3 very close to Paphos.
There are various archeological sites such as the Tomb of the Kings that are close by.

Kato Paphos has many shops, restaurants and bars and is on the coast. The Harbour Area is a very attractive area with cafes and restaurants. The local bus takes you up to the old town of Paphos and also to Coral Bay.
From the local beach there are various water sports such as jet skis, banana boats, paragliding etc. Jeep Safaris can be arranged into the Akamas Region or the Troodos mountains.
Trips to Cairo and the Pyramids can be arranged from the Harbour Area.
There is a water park close by.

We have to say that your apartment was the best one we ever have rented.
It is fully equipped with all necessary things and more than that. It even had milk, butter and bread in the refrigerator.
We met your cleaner, Angela when we arrived. She was very informative and helpful.
The pool area was nice and clean but the sunbeds were not in the best shape.
Sorry that the apartment is on the 2th floor without a lift, but that was the only drawback for us.

"Lovely apartment but noisy at times"
We spent a very enjoyable time in this well equipped and comfortable apartment overlooking the lovely gardens and pool area of Paradise Gardens 3. I would have given our stay a 5 star rating had it not been spoilt rather by the almost constant barking of stray/rescue dogs in a nearby compound which apparently has been there for a number of years now. Whilst we have every sympathy for the valuable work being done there, it is almost impossible to escape the stressful barking from numerous dogs which begins around 6.30 each morning and continues intermittently right up until night time, so relaxing, quiet evenings sitting out on the balcony are out of the question, and this must also apply to several other apartments on the complex. I do feel that all prospective guests should at least be warned of the possibility of noise, as this has clearly been an ongoing problem for many years now, so they may make an informed decision prior to booking, yet there was no mention of this either before, or during the booking procedure.
I would certainly recommend the apartment, but would mention the possibility of noise disturbance from these dogs to anyone interested in booking.
This sanctuary has been in the area for many years although they are moving to a new location in the near future. The donkeys and dogs can be noisy at times but this really depends on the intake at the time. Many guests have stated that this has not detracted from the enjoyment of their holiday. We apologise to these guests as it would appear the sanctuary was particularly busy during their stay.

The appartment was lovely, clean and spacious. It was home from home and everything we needed was there and we couldnt off asked for more. The pool area was quiet and lovely to relax in. You are 10 mins from harbour area full of entertainment, bars and restaurant, always things to do. We loved it so much we are planning on coming back next year. Thanks to the owner Sue who couldnt of been more helpful in the booking and helping us with taxis etc. Also the weather was fantastic all week!!
