A luxury ground floor, south facing, 2 bedroom apartment with a large private terrace leading directly to the pool area. Furnished to a high standard, overlooking the pool, the apartment has the sun on the patio from mid-morning through to late evening and is ideally located across the road from the Alexander The Great hotel, just a few minutes walk from the local bars, shops and restaurants of the Kato Paphos tourist area and only 10 minutes walk from the harbour.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with access to the private terrace from both the master bedroom and the lounge via large sliding patio doors. The terrace has both a covered and uncovered area and with a retractable sun awning so is ideal for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. (Sun beds and an outside table and chairs are provided on the terrace so no need to rush down to the pool to reserve sunbeds first thing in the morning!).

The Paphos District
Cyprus and Paphos has much to explore, from pine covered mountain peaks to wine producing villages, Twenty minutes drive from Paphos is the Akamas nature reserve, where wild turtles come to nest on the beautiful beaches, with excellent hiking & walking trails.
There is a water park, diving schools and go-karts in Kato Paphos area. All three of Cyprus' leading golf courses are within twenty minutes drive drive from Paphos. Combining sea with a green and perfect climate, Cyprus is an ideal location for golf all year round.
Kato Paphos / Limnaria Gardens area
The apartment is just minutes walk from the bustling heart of Kato Paphos' charming historic fishing harbour area, with endless restaurants & bars to suit all tastes. Kato Paphos itself is a fifteen minute taxi ride from the airport & offers a wide range of activities for all.
There are beautifully preserved mosaics, mythological & ancient ruins within walking distance you can sample the magnificent stretch of coastline with aquamarine sea. Kato Paphos is rich in ancient history & the property is surrounded with numerous ancient monuments & sites.
How to get there
The Limnaria Gardens complex is behind the Limnaria shopping centre opposite the Alexander the Great Beach Hotel and is a just a short 10 minute drive from Paphos airport. When coming into Kato Paphos turn right at the Alexander the Great hotel past the White Hart pub and Limnaria Gardens is around 100m up the road on the right.

Further details indoors: The lounge is furnished with a leather/fabric sofa-bed and a leather/fabric sofa, side-tables/lamps, TV unit with sky satellite TV, remote-control ceiling light/fans and air-conditioning. There are sliding UV filter vertical blinds on the patio doors to keep the heat down during the summer.
The dining area comprises of a glass topped dining table with 4 leather covered chairs.
The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, hob, micro-wave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and includes cutlery, china pots, pans utensils etc.
The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, bed-side tables and lamps, dressing table, mirror, hair dryer, security safe, remote-controlled ceiling fan light and air-conditioning with curtains and black-out blind on the patio doors.
The master bedroom en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, wc, sink and electric shaver point. Hand and bath towels are provided.
The second bedroom has a king-size double bed, a futon sofa-bed (so the room can be used as a double or two singles), fitted wardrobes, bed-side tables and lamps, dressing table, mirror, hair dryer, remote-controlled ceiling fan light and air-conditioning with curtains and black-out blind on the window.
The shower room consists of a shower, wc and sink. Hand and bath towels are provided.
A clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are provided. Car parking is also provided. An outside table, chairs and sun loungers are provided on the private terrace.

"We had a fantastic holiday in August 09. The apartment is beautifully furnished with arguably the best location at Limnaria Gardens having a patio with day long sun and also a large shaded area under a canopy for those that want to get out of the sun whilst still keeping an eye on the children in the pool - there is direct access to the pool which is yards away from the patio.
We would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly to everyone. Its fantastic. Make sure you go to PortoBello t he Italian restaurant (turn right at the T junction at Alexander The Great and stay on the right hand side as you head towards the harbour and its in the rank of restaurants only minutes from Limnaria Gardens) where the food is excellent and the service from Ken the owner (think it may be Kyp in Greek?) is fantastic. We went 4 times we had so much fun there and were always the last to leave.
