Air-conditioned throughout, the furnishing style is modern and fresh and to a high standard and the white marble floors add to the light airy feel. The kitchen is well equipped and the main bedroom has a delightful balcony with pool views.

The development has been sensitively designed and is centrally located for Paphos, which is a 15-20 minutes walk away and there is a convenience store 2 minutes away. Bus to harbour down the road.

20 minutes from the airport this is a great place for relaxing or exploring Cyprus - the Troodos Mountains and the riches of Kykkos monastery, walking, golf, discovering the coast and the beautiful Akamus peninsula. A great choice for getting to know Paphos or revisiting an old acquaintance and happy memories.

The house is on a small friendly development which has been sensitively designed and the pools and common areas are cleaned daily. Around the pools are loungers and umbrellas and from your self contained garden terrace it is easy to keep an eye on the children around the pool. Although small children should always be supervised.

The garden terrace is tiled for garden furniture and loungers and there is a super large sun umbrella. Around the pools are also new lounger chairs and umbrellas and the pool areas are well maintained and cleaned daily.

Parking is easy a few yards from front door.

There are a few steps leading up to the front door and the house can be accessed if need be on the flat pathway

round the back of the house via the patio doors.

The Paphos region

There is lots for every family member to do around Paphos and further afield, but mainly people coming to the town just soak up the atmosphere of the old town and the harbour area. There are lots of restaurants and bars and many more hidden away behind the front line ones.

The people are friendly with very good English and driving on is the left hand side. We will be pleased to give you information about local supermarkets, taxis and make suggestions about restaurants if you would like. There is extremely easy access to all parts of Paphos and around the harbour and old town are municipal car parks and the buses and taxis are numerous.

Paphos is very relaxed and we have found it to be extremely safe. There are hundreds of restaurants a few minutes drive away or a 20 minutes walk. is also the excellent Cypriot cuisine which is mainly prepared from fresh local produce and extremely good value.

Kato Paphos

A must is a drive to Laatchi, through the mountains and along the coast. This harbour is a wonderful place to visit for a seafood lunch or to hire a boat. To get to Laatchi will take about an hour, there are lovely views and the old centre of Polis, on the way there, is worth a stop for a drink in the square.

The Troodos mountains are beautiful at any time of the year and in the winter there is a ski resort. The driving on the Akamus peninsula does require a four wheel drive and parts of it are very steep coming up from the coast, but well worth a visit. Turtles have been discovered there and are protected.

There are lots of cash points in Paphos and a convenience store 5 minutes walk from Hesperides which sells everything from bread to beer and wine. We are only too pleased to recommend restaurants we have enjoyed
