Villa Aphrodite is situated on the award winning Paradise Garden 3 complex and is just a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Paphos and the beach. It is one of a pair of detached villas which we rent separately or together so they are ideal for couples as well as large families and wedding parties. Both Villa Aphrodite and Villa Anastasia offer complete privacy and there is a small private pool at the back of Villa Aphrodite which can also be shared by Villa Anastasia if required. If you prefer company, the lovely communal pool set in pretty landscaped gardens is a short stroll away.

The Paphos District
Paphos is the jewel of Cyprus with it's natural beauty and mild climate. It enjoys up to 320 days of sunshine and is an ideal year round destination. It is steeped in ancient history and was the home to Aphrodite, the Godess of Love. There are many interesting places to visit in the area including the Tomb of Kings and the Mosaics. The town offers a wealth of shops, bars, restaurants and a lovely beach. If you wish to explore the island you can take a drive into the Troodos Mountains where you can ski in winter or visit the lively capitol, Nicosia.
Kato Paphos / Paradise Gardens area
Paradise Gardens is an award winning complex set in attractive landscaped gardens with a lovely communal pool. It is within walking distance of shop and restaurants and Bar Street which is very lively at night. The area is ideal for couples or families as there are many different things to do and there are several leisure facilities close by including a water park, water sports, horse riding, tennis and golf.
How to get there
There are frequent flights to Paphos and if you shop around on the internet you can find reasonable flights. It is always advisable to book your flights as early as possible to get the best prices especially if you are travelling in peak times. BA have recently introduced daily flights to Cyprus and Easy Jet and Monach have added Paphos to their route. The drive from the airport is easy and takes less than 20 minutes on a straight road. Car hire is not essential but driving is easy as they drive on the left and everything is well signposted in English.

Further details indoors: Villa Aphrodite offers spacious and well furnished accommodation for up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer and washing/ironing facilities which leads onto the open plan lounge/dining room. We provide a 32" LCD TV with satellite, video, DVD and also a CD player. The lounge opens onto the terrace. There is a ground floor WC. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with king size double bed, an en-suite bathroom and balcony , 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
We also provide a pull out bed for extra guests, a cot, high chair, a safe and air conditioning.
Villa Anastasia offers virtually the identical accommodation but does not have a dishwasher.
Further details outdoors: Villa Aphrodite has it's own private courtyard garden with a small private pool, loungers, umbrellas and BBQ.
It is situated at the end of the complex away from the communal pool and gardens thus offering complete privacy.

Both Villa Aphrodite and Villa Anastasia are available separately or together. We often rent them out to large wedding parties and have friends with accommodation nearby if you need additional space.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A £300 DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE ON BOOKING TO SECURE THE VILLAS.
Please note that the price of £595 is applicable if both villas are being booked together. From March 2008 there will be an additional charge of £55 to rent Villa Aphrodite individually. The villas are cleaned ready for your arrival with fresh bed linen and towels. For 2 week bookings we do not automactically provide a mid week clean but you can book one in advance and you will pay the additional cleaning cost of £60 direct to the cleaners.
