Home description

Hesperides is a new development ( completed May 2007) in the Universal area, between the old town and the harbour. The air conditioned apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large reception/dining room and a large kitchen. Both the lounge and the main bedroom have doors onto the large balcony which overlooks the main swimming pool. The two twin rooms also have small balconies.

Hesperides is centrally located between the Old Town, the harbour area and the Tombs of the Kings. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and most other amenities are within about a 20 minute walk.

There are 3 golf courses nearby and further afield there are the Troodos mountains and Akamas peninsula to explore.

The Paphos District

Paphos is an all year round destination with some 340 days of sunshine a year. English is widely spoken and you can drive on the left and use English three pin plugs!! Paphos area is steeped in history - the nearby Tombs of The Kings is a world heritage site.


Kato Paphos / Universal District

Both the harbour area and the Old Town are great areas for exploring on foot; and by car Coral Bay is only 15 minutes away, and the pretty harbour of Laatchi ( near Polis) is less than an hour's drive away.
There are three golf courses nearby, and many areas for great walking - especially around the coast
For children there is mini-golf, go-karting and a waterpark all nearby.


How to get there

Pahos airport is 15 km away. BA (GB Air), Cyprus Airways and several charter airlines (eg Thomsons) have regular flights to Paphos.
Car rental is available at the airport - it is advisable to pre-book; recommendations can be given at time of booking.
