When you arrive at the apartment you will be welcomed by our Representative from Cyprus Sands who will be
English-speaking & on hand to answer any questions. And also they are on call 24/7 while you are on holiday
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required eight weeks before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee is due at the time of booking
Final Balance Due 8 weeks before arrival

However the cooler winter months make walking, cycling, playing golf ideal activities,The tourist area of Kato Paphos is a 10 minute walk Here you will find a wide selection of bars, tavernas and clubs to suit all tastes and budget. There are also plenty of shops and well known names such as Debenhams, Next and Marks and Spencers.
According to mythology, Paphos is the birthplace of Aphrodite. In Paphos you can visit the charming harbour and medieval castle which was built in 1592 AD.
The Kato Paphos / Limnaria Gardens area
There is something for everyone in Paphos and the surrounding areas. Paphos is an all year round resort so it never closes. Near by you can find a variety of sports activities such as go karting to fishing trips.
