Brand new apartment with a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area which is furnished with a three seater sofa bed and a two seater sofa, table, 6 chairs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Satellite TV, DVD and music system. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/ freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave and breakfast bar.
The 3 bedrooms all have air conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.The master bedroom has a lovely en suite shower room. All have access to small balconies with side views to the large communal pool and gardens. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, wc, wash basin and vanity unit.
The main balcony is furnished with a large patio table, 6 chairs and two sun loungers. In addition sun loungers and parasols are provided around both of the communal pools.
The complex is located in the Universal area of Paphos and is an ideal location for exploring the island. It is also has the additional attraction of being in a cul de sac type of road.

Whilst the apartment can sleep 8 with the use of the sofa bed it is more comfortable for 6 people
High Chair and travel cots are available for hire if required.
A non refundable holding deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. The balance plus a refundable £100 security deposit is payable six weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. If booking within six weeks of departure the full amount plus £100 security deposit is required at the time of booking. The security deposit (against loss of keys, breakages and damage to the apartment) will be refunded within 14 days of your return.
Vacating the apartment - if it is not booked then you may stay until you leave for the airport at no extra charge. Please enquire when booking.
The Paphos region
For those of you that have never visited Cyprus, Paphos is situated in the western peninsular of the island. This all year resort boasts an average of 340 days of sunshine a year and virtually zero rainfall from April to November making it an ideal destination for summer and winter holidays. The Cypriots are friendly and welcoming. English is widely spoken and cars are driven on the left as in the UK.
For those of you that have visited Cyprus before there are many trips and activities available. One of these trips could be a daily jeep safari to the Akamas National Park to see 'Turtle Beach' where the protected Greenback turtles lay their eggs, the Akamas Gorges, Adonis Falls and the sea caves. Full details of all the Islands activities will be provided in our apartment information pack.
For the golf enthusiasts there are three golf courses within easy reach of Paphos.

Fishing - fresh and a sea water is nearby and a suitable license will be provided.
In the Troodos Mountains (60km) there are plenty of picturesque villages as well as ideal conditions for mountain biking, hiking and also skiing during winter months.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residental area of Kato Paphos between the old town and the tourist area. The old town which is a 10 minute walk has the markets,shopping and small local taverna's. The tourist area is a 15 minute walk and has an endless number of bars and restaurants beyond which is the harbour and fort. The Tomb of the Kings Road with its restaurants and bars is only 10 minutes away.
There are local air-conditioned buses that pass nearby that will take you to the markets, tourist area, Coral Bay and Aphrodite's water park at a very cheap price. (CY£0.80 one way) Taxi's are in abundance,if required, as are hire cars, just don't forget your driving licence.
Ancient Roman and Greek sites are plentiful around Paphos these include the Tomb of the Kings, the harbour area and the World Heritage site that houses the famous mosaics.
Paphos has two Blueflag sandy beaches and watersports, including paragliding, windsurfing and jetskis are widely available on most beaches in Paphos and the surrounding areas. The best sandy beach can be found at Coral Bay.
There is a local diving school and for the younger members of the family, the Aphrodite water park is only a 5 minute drive away, as is the local go-carting track. Boat trips, fishing trips and mini cruises also leave from the harbour daily.

"Well equipped apt. lovely pool but a little out of the way without a car"
All five of us enjoyed staying in this very well equipped and homely apartment.
Literally has everything you would want just like home down to board games which we all really enjoyed. Topped up what we used and left some gin and a few bits in the kitchen.
Bit of a hiccup on arrival with keys but once we got in were pleased with the apartment, has lovely cool balcony and everything we were hoping for re. the pool. Really not sure about the yellow colour lounge though!
Not enough sun beds out around the pool meant there were some daft early towel placers staking their claims which was a bit disappointing, not the owners fault but dont expect a well managed property to be spoilt for the lack of a few sunbeds.
Is placed a good 20 mins from the nearest bit of the harbour and we found it too far to walk both ways. Would definitely recommend a car here.
Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment, found the site a little bigger than we usually like and the whole universal estate is really overdeveloped. To be fair these apartments were one of the more reasonable scaled developments.
Marked down on the key pickup because we were given the wrong set of keys and couldn't get in! Sue & John bought us some drinks as an apology so not likely to be an issue for anyone else but did spoil our arrival and create some panic.
