About the home

Beautiful, new ground floor apartment set in quiet residential area. The property boasts of two bedrooms one with en suit and the other with a tv and dvd for the kids to watch , and another separate bathroom and shower over the bath the front room has satellite TV and DVD.
the aparment has its own sunbeds x4 and table and chairs for the patio to relax in the sun, also you can pull out the the awnings and relax in the shade, The property is fully air conditioned and is perfect for families and those with young children. The patio leads straight onto the main pool, gardens, jacuzzi and kids pool.The main pool is a walk in pool so there is no need to climb or jump in if you do not want to just walk in to the depth you want or just walk into the jacuzzi and relax or those who prefere just dive or jump in at the deep end know that all buiding works has finished at limnaria gardens the secound heated pool is know open this will be heated in the winter months

All rooms have air condition and ceiling fans plenty of parking but a car is not essential as all local restaurants and sandy beaches are all within walking distance plus their is a water park and go cart racing track about a 10 min bus ride The apartment has its own sunbeds x4 the second bedroom also has a dvd player if the kids need to get in a watch a dvd

Gym jacuzzi indoor pool Internet access also its sister hotel a few minutes around the corner has a kids club and entertainment at night for the kids and adults also has a inside pool and gym ect , you have all this as well. right out side your patio there is also a secound pool which will be heated in the winter months this has just been completed so there are no building works

The Paphos region

Cyprus has all year round sunshine and offers many things to do and see including; the mountains, quiet rural villages and beaches. You can also enjoy the fantastic nightlife, the water sports that are on offer and the many fantastic golf courses in the area. There is so much to see and do from the ancient ruins tomb of Kings preserved mosaics all within walking distance you can also walk the beautiful coastline kato paphos is rich in history i could go on and on there is a water park professionally go-kart track paint balling all 15 min bus ride away there is also a wild life centre full of birds towards corol bay

The Kato Paphos / Limnaria Gardens area

There are plenty off restaurants and bars and excellent night life if you fancy a late night there is bar street which is famous once you been there you want to go back.

The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the bustling heart of Kato Paphos which has a historic fishing harbour with some great shops and restaurants. You can also visit the local mosaics and ruins which are not far from the property.also the water park is great and next door to that is the go kart track mini golf and they are just started a skate park lots to do for the kids. if you want a quiet night or day relax by the pool or a quiet local restaurant or there are plenty of restaurants with entertament fat mamas is great for the kids and adults but you might have to book there is so much i could go on and on just enjoy

Many charter air lines fly to papfos cyprus,please try try british airways, easy jet, also log on to cheap flights to cyprus there are many good deals out there so please look around on the net, now the new air port is done its even quicker it takes about 20 min to get to the apartment by cab, once you get to the apartment just around the corner there a few car hire firms just compaire you will always get a deal

“Excellent value for money!” Hi Dave, Firstly excellent information upfront...thank you. We would like to thank you for letting us use your lovely apartment. We found it to contain everything we could possibly want and more. This was our first time to Cyprus and we wasn't disappointed. Close to all the amenities, restaurants, bars and the promenade with the beautiful harbour. The reason this has not been given excellent is because we have nothing to compare it with. Not only was this our first time in Cyprus but we normally stay in hotels. Although we did rent a beach house in Australia last year! One suggestion would be to include an information folder in the apartment on local supermarkets, shops, local sights, restaurants and trips. If you have a note page your guests could write there experiences down, what's good and not so good! “Perfect!” We have just returned from an 11 night stay at this apartment. Firstly all communication that I had with the owner Dave was very prompt and informative. The apartment is, in my opinion, in one of the best positions within the site. It is a few steps away from the pool, the patio is lovely and spacious and you get the sun all day (the awnings are great too for when it gets a little too hot). The apartment is nicely furnished and there is everything you could need. I slept in the double bed, and even though I suffer with back problems, I found it very comfortable. The air con and ceiling fans are great for the hot weather. In all, the apartment was clean and comfortable, a home away from home and I would not hesitate to recommend it, and we hope to be able stay there again Response: Thank you i am pleased that you had a good holiday and enjoyed the apartment and the pools kind regards Dave

“Ideal location, nice complex but apartment in need of a little TLC” Apartment is situated within a lovely, quiet complex, which is only a few minutes walking distance from the seafront and many restaurants. The apartment has a lovely, large patio which was ideal for us to sit in the sun and allow the children to come and go safely from the pool on their own. In terms of furninshings, the apartment wasn't the best we've ever stayed in, the double bed and sofa were well overdue their replacement date and weren't comfy at all, but it certainly wasn't the worst either. The Sky TV wasn't very reliable, it only worked at certain times of the day, but TV isn't high up on our list of holiday priorities so it wasn't a real issue for us but may be for others. In terms of Service, Dave was very friendly when booking but there seemed to be a mix-up with the Housekeeper's holiday dates so the apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. Dave was very apologetic when we contacted him but it meant that I had to clean and change the beds myself - not an ideal start to the holiday but we weren't going to let it spoil it. When the Housekeeper returned from holiday she was surprised to find the apartment occupied and wasn't particularly accomodating when we wanted to leave late in the day for a night flight, despite it being pre-arranged with Dave. I have to give the owner the benefit of the doubt and assume the mix up was a genuine mistake but I have my suspicions. Overall, we had a lovely holiday but the last day was spoiled by the attitude of the housekeeper. Response: Thank you for your comment which i was very surprised to read, I have had some very good and positive reviews so i took yours very serious, I since have flown out and inspected the apartment which I agree and it did need a little TLC ,so I have refurbished the apartment any way, i hope this clears any suspension that you had as I always want my costumers to have the perfect holiday regards Dave

Just a few lines to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at your property in Limnaria Gardens. Thank you for making our holiday one of the best we've had as the apartment and location was perfect, the bonus being the sun terrace and beds with the awning for the hotter periods. I can now understand why the apartment has so many bookings.

We arrived home late last night having had a wonderful holiday. We have stayed in a couple of apartments on a self catering basis before, but yours is by far the most impressive. It has an excellent location and is beautifully furnished and equipped. The kids could not believe that they could watch their favourite BBC TV programs. (That is when we could get them out of the pool).

We have added a few items to your pool equipment (an inflatable plane and two woggles).

I hope that we can stay again in the future, but I am sure you will have a busy diary.

Just to say we've arrived back from sunny Cyprus and we all had the best time ever! Your apartment is absolutely fantastic and my other half thinks its the best location on the complex! We had everything we needed to make it feel like a home from home and I would definatley hope to visit again. The kids loved it and were never out of the pool!
