The coast is around 1.5 kilometres away, with a pebble beach, Coral Bay, around 15 minutes away by bus, (which costs around £1 and runs regularly) is one of the most spectacular beaches in the area, and is not to be missed!
Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
Tomb of the Kings - Spread over a vast area, these impressive underground tombs date back to the 4th century BC. They are carved out of solid rock with some being decorated with Doric pillars. High officials rather than Kings were buried here, but the magnificence of the tombs gave the locality its name. Aphrodites rock - Legend dictates that Aphrodite, goddess of love and beauty, rose from the waves on this breathtaking coastline. The Mosaics Of Paphos - the amazingly preserved mosaic floors are considered to be amongst the finest in the Eastern Mediterranean.

The complex itself is floodlit, and has security barriers. The apartment features an intercom system for entry. There is also a private parking space with the apartment. The developer who built the complex wanted this as his showcase, and has spared no expense on finishing touches.

Approximately 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. + £100 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT The final balance is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note, no members of the party will be allowed to stay at the villa without adequate travel insurance to cover the duration of your stay. The preferred changeover day is Sunday, but is flexible. Upon departure, the villa must be vacated by 11am, again this may be flexible if no guests are arriving the same day.
