Completed 2007, luxury complex of just 33 units in the heart of kato paphos.our ground floor apartment is just a few feet away from the large l - shaped communual pool. Furnished to a high standard, the separate kitchen has a oven , hob and extractor. Micro wave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine etc along with an array of crockery, cups and glasses etc, and has a patio door leading out to the poolside patio.
the lounge / dining room is air conditioned, has a large dining table and 4 dining chairs, 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, ( this has a full metal mechanism and comes complete with mattress), coffee table, chest of drawers. Tv with dvd player, separate cd player. Patio doors lead out onto the poolside patio.
poolside patio with anti slip terracotta tiles, large patio table with 4 chairs, 2 poolside reclining chairs also available. There are 2 patio doors, one leads into the kitchen and the other leads into the lounge.
bedroom has a double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe, large mirror, hairdryer, and is air conditioned. There is a security safe bolted inside the wardrobe for you to use.
bathroom has , wash basin, mirror, bathroom cabinet, toilet , full sized bath with shower over.
All bed linen supplied, all hand towels, tea towels and bath towels are also supplied.

The Paphos District
The diana 52 complex is right in the centre of the universal area of kato paphos. Close to the Tomb of the Kings road, a short walk to local bars and restaurants, Paphos old town , or bar street and its many bars and restaurants , which leads onto the beach, harbour / marina etc.
it is a 10 minute drive to coral bay, there are 3 golf courses within a 20 minute drive.

The quiet location yet only a short walk to all that Paphos has to offer ensure you will wish to come back time and time again.
Further details outdoors: There is a pool side shower and also changing rooms, toilet and shower room. the onsite shop is open from 6am until midnight and sells all the essentials you will need. There is private off road parking space allocated at the side of the complex.

David Hill - Leicester. beautiful complex, quiet and relaxing but close to all the main attractions. equipped with good quality furnishings and spotlessly clean. Pool is great and only a few feet away. Have re booked for 2008 recomended to all both young and old.
Mrs D Clare, airport pick up was brilliant, apartment well kitted out with everything you could need. centrally located, indoor market and bakery at the end of the road. i would recomend eating at the Almond Tree , very good food, Mr Chicken just down the road is fantastic value and good quality food to eat in or take back to the apartment. Already re booked for May 2008
Mr and Mrs Moore, spent 2 weeks here with the family, the kids loved the pool, the wife loved the peace and quiet of the complex and i loved its close proximity to the shops and bars and night life. easy booking procedure, airport pick up ,we had our best holiday ever and have booked again for september 2008.
