The complex has a swimming pool with poolside toilets and showers,sun beds,umbrellas provided.The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room lounge , which leads onto a spacious garden patio with table,chairs and umbrella enable you to dine alfesco. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine,microwave,fridge-freezer,hob/ovenand toaster.
There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.There is a sofa-bed in the lounge,a cot is available for a small extra charge.The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower,basin and wc.All linen is provided including towels for bath and pool,private covered parking is provided,also a complimentary welcome pack on arrival. also we have regular security visits through the day and night on the complex.

The property is within easy reach of all areas of historical interest and close to 3 golf courses also a waterpark
paphos with its 330 days of sunshine a year,with winter months rarely dropping below 15c.
Kato Paphos / Pafia Gardens area
Pafia gardens is located midway between the harbour and old town in a quiet residential area,20 minutes walk away is the old town with its,daily market,shops,and banks. 15-20 minutes level walk the other way is the tourist area with harbour,shops,and nightlife,and excellent restaurants for eating out.
Local attractions to vist waterpark,birdpark,aquarium,with boat trips,scuba diving,tombs of the kings,ancient mosaics.Paphos has 3 good quality golf courses within easy reach by car. Tasada golf club is 20 min from paphos to the north up in the hills surrounding paphos, it is a par 72 and approx 6000 metres in length. The secret valley golf club is 18km to the east of paphos with fantastic views from its valley position. It is also a par 72 and just over 6000 metres in length. close by is the exclusive aphrodite hills golf club, it is located just off the paphos-limassol motorway, a real test of golf with its 6600m length and par 71.
