All the rooms have air conditioning, which doubles as heating when required. All patio doors and windows have double glazing and fly screens. The pressurised water system always ensures powerful water supply.
Whilst sitting in the lounge area you can enjoy the panoramic sea view across the terrace or browse through maps and leaflets on places to visit and recommendations of restaurants etc.. or a selection of dvds, cds and board games. There is also a dvd hire shop nearby.
High chair, cot etc are available to hire if required.
The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is both spacious and fully furnished.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite worktops and a ceramic hob with cooker hood. An ironing board is also provided.
The family bathroom and en-suite to the main bedroom are both fully tiled with bath and fixed over bath shower wth glass shower screen.
All three bedrooms have generous fitted wardrobes with shelves, hangers and mirrors.
All bedding, linen & towels including pool towels are provided.

The Paphos region
Paphos has an average of 340 days of sunshine a year and very little rainfall from April to November, so it makes for an ideal destination for summer and winter holidays. English is widely spoken.
The Paphos area has several blue flag sandy beaches and various water sports are widely available.
The beach at Coral Bay is well known and popular. Daily off-road jeep safaris are available with visits to the Akamas National Park north of Paphos a popular destination.
There are 4 championship golf courses (par 71/72) within a 30 minute drive of Paphos, all in spectacular settings, and including Aphrodite Hills.
In the Troodos Mountains, approximately 60km and 90 minutes drive away, there are Byzantine churches, ancient monasteries, picturesque villages and wineries in the cool and welcoming pine forests and these conditions also suit mountain biking, hiking and winter skiing.
Iris Village is located in a quiet residential area in the Universal Gardens district of Kato Paphos situated between the old town in the hills and tourist area on the coast. It is served by 2 late night local minimarkets just 2-3 minutes walk away. The old town has the market, many shops and cafes. The tourist area has a variety of restaurants and bars, beaches, harbour with its pavement restaurants serving fresh seafood and Paphos castle beyond. A recently paved coastal path starts by the castle.
There are many ancient Roman and Greek sites around Paphos including the Tombs of the Kings, the harbour area and the World Heritage site that houses the famous mosaics.
There is a local diving school which offers tuition for beginners. For younger family members the Aphrodite water park and go-kart track are less than a 10 minute drive away. Boat trips, fishing trips and mini cruises leave from the harbour daily.
Local air conditioned buses run frequently and will take you to the markets, tourist area and Coral Bay beaches for only a euro each way.
