The Paphos District
Kato Paphos is approximately 2/3km from the Harbour area of Paphos. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and only 10 minutes by bus from Coral Bay. It is also only 10 minutes by car to Paphos Old Town. Nearby are the famous Tomb of The Kings. The Troodos mountains can be reached within an hour. There are 3 golf courses also within a 30 minute drive.
Cyprus has a very sunny climate all year round with high temperatures during July & August. May, June and September are also hot with temperatures reaching 80 degrees. The winters are pleasant with an average temperature of 16 -18 degrees - ideal for that winter getaway!

Tomb of The Kings, Paphos Harbour, Paphos Old Town, Coral Bay, Polis, Trrodos Mountains and Aphrodites Rock.
Paphos has many bars, restaurants and places of interest. Coral Bay has beautiful sandy beaches and is only a 10 bus ride away from the apartment.
The harbour area boasts excellend sea food restaurants and a lovely place to have a walk and work up that appetite.
If you fancy a round of golf, Paphos has 3 golf courses all within a short car journey away.
The municipal beach is also nearby and a great place to swim with crystal clear waters.
If you fancy a lazy day, stay by the pool!
