Paphos bird park and wildlife centre is worth a visit, and and there are numerous bars and restaurants at very reasonable prices. Walkers will find Kato Paphos a central starting point for all kinds of activities. Of course if nightlife is what you are looking for, Bar Street is just a short walk away!

Further details indoors: Both bedroom and living areas have airconditioning units/heating units and plenty of storage space. Double patio doors from each room open onto the large balcony. Thre are twin beds in the bedroom and two single sofa beds in the living room. The bathroom has a tub and shower and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery etc. with electric pan and hotplate as well as microwave.Ironing board, clothes airer and iron are provided. There is a selection of DVDs under the TV with books and some games.
Further details outdoors: Should you wish to hire a car there is plenty of parking available on the complex car park. Pool facilities are shared, set in mature gardens, just down the steps. The apartment is situated on the second floor .Close by are a hairdressers, dvd rental, supermarket open 24 hours, car rental and internet cafe. Gym faciliies and bowling are close, with the old town of Paphos and the market easily reached by bus if you dont wish to walk.

As the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift we ask guests to consider that there is no wheelchair access and may not be entirely suitable for people with mobilty difficulties.
Conditions
A refundable breakages deposit of £50 is payable with your holiday booking costs. A reservation deposit of £50 is payable on booking with the balance due six weeks before departure. Changeover days are flexible. Departure from apartment is flexible dependant on arrival of incoming guests. Travel insurance is the responsibilty of the guests.
