About the home

This is a new beautifully appointed spacious two bedroom top floor apartment, set in tropical gardens with two large communal swimming pool one completed with Jacuzzi and a separate children's pool. It boasts sea and pool views from the large south westerly veranda with sun from morning to late evning and is ideally situated just minutes walk from all local amenities including sandy beaches, superb restaurants and bars. Ideal for those looking for a little more out of their self catering summer holiday rental experience. It is that it is also very peaceful. All aspects of the property have been furnished to an exceptionally high and contemporary style, with everything provided including air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, satellite TV, Blue-ray/DVD and free broadband internet access. There is plenty of parking available on the development if you choose to rent a car.

Changeover dates are entirely flexible, as is departure time so long as it is agreed in advance. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. A non refundable 25% reservation deposit is required on confirmation of booking, and the balance is to be paid in full no later that 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cyprus and Paphos has much to explore, from pine covered mountain peaks to wine producing villages, Twenty minutes drive from Paphos is the Akamas nature reserve, where wild turtles come to nest on the beautiful beaches, with excellent hiking & walking trails. There is a water park, diving schools and go-karts in Kato Paphos area. All three of Cyprus' leading golf courses are within twenty minutes drive drive from Paphos. Combining sea with a green and perfect climate, Cyprus is an ideal location for golf all year round.

There are beautifully preserved mosaics, mythological & ancient ruins within walking distance you can sample the magnificent stretch of coastline with aquamarine sea. Kato Paphos is rich in ancient history & the property is surrounded with numerous ancient monuments & sites.

EasyJet, Ryanair, Monach and Jet2 have low cost flights from Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Beistol, Manchester, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Rygge (Oslo) in to Paphos (20 minutes drive). Aegean, BA and Norwegian have flights to Larnaca (80 minutes drive).

“Lovely apartment in attractive complex & good location” Limnaria Gardens, is an attractive, well laid out apartment complex, in pretty much the best location in Kato Paphos, just a 10 - 15 minute stroll from the harbour, & a 5 minute walk from the shore.... more

“Excellent location, balcony with sun all day,very high standard.” The apartment was situated in a quiet area and was within very easy walking distance of all restaurants and bars. It was furnished to a very high standard and was extremely clean throughout. When we return to Paphos this will definitely be our 1st choice. Response: Many thanks for leaving a review of my apartment. Glad you enjoyed the apartment and the stay. Regarding the sun loungers, normally they are being locked by the pools so the customers don't have to carry them to and from the apartment. An alternative may be to use one or two at the balcony and let the rest stay at the pool area.
