This is a beautifully appointed spacious two bedroom top floor apartment in Block C, set in tropical gardens with two large communal swimming pool one completed with Jacuzzi and a separate children's pool. It boasts sea and pool views from the large south westerly veranda with sun from morning to late evening and is ideally situated just minutes walk from all local amenities including sandy beaches, superb restaurants and bars. Ideal for those looking for a little more out of their self catering summer holiday rental experience. It is that it is also very peaceful. All aspects of the property have been furnished to an exceptionally high and contemporary style, with everything provided including air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, awning with remote control, Free high speed WI-FI (fiber) and Engish TV with Sky sports & movies, Blue-ray/DVD. There is plenty of parking available on the development if you choose to rent a car.

The kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect to find. The living and dining area is tastefully furnished. The veranda furniture including 6 chairs, a table, an awning with remote control and 4 sun beds (normally by the pool area). Baby Stair Gate and Travel Cot for hire

The bedrooms contain a x-large double bed, two single beds equipped with linen and towels, extra good storage space

The modern bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with shower and there are plenty of large towels provided.

A free high speed Wi-Fi enable easy internet surfing (a HDMI cable with a micro HDMI adapter is connected to the Flat Screen HDTV. A TV box (IPTV incl Sky Sport & Movies) is also installed. The bedrooms have windows with fly screens (without timers for the AC).

Many thanks for your feedback Will and I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with your sleep do to the heat. The tariff of electricity in Cyprus is the most expensive in EU. Therefore, nearly all the apartments in Limnaria Gardens have installed “two-hours-timers”. I haven’t had any complaints until now, but I understand your frustration. Personally, I never use the A/C. I use the fans and I always have the windows fully open at night. I will consider removing the timer in the main bedroom. The problem is that many customers leave the A/C on when they are out or when they have the windows or the balcony door open. As you reveals yourself by pointing out that it would be convenient to get to a cool apartment after going up the stairs to the second floor, in other words, have the AC on while you are out. It takes only a few minutes to cool the apartment with the strong A/C’s. I have always had very good feedbacks from customers regarding the help Mike Beer and his wife provides. They told me there was no reply to the doorbell at 10:30 (between 10:00 and 11:00 as agreed) and they put their card under the door. They said they haven’t had any text message from you either. Maybe you had the wrong phone number. Kind Regards Hallvard

If Hallvard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
