This brand new property is in the popular area of Kato Paphos which is an ideal location for visiting the many popular tourist sites around Paphos.
This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feels really homely. It is furnished to a highest standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with a comfortable and luxury furnishing.
With loads of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends.
There is a large communal pool which has a pool shower and toilets for your use. Bars, Restaurants and Tavernas are all within walking distance as is the Harbour area of Paphos.

The Paphos District
Paphos is on the western side of Cyprus with the Airport only 20 minutes away. The resort has an average of 340 days of sunshine a year making this an ideal holiday getaway for families and couples. The Cypriots are very friendly,welcoming people and many speak English. The cars drive on the left of the road as in the UK.
For new visitors to Cyprus there are many excursions available, (bookable locally) and activities for the younger ones. There are trips to Akamas National Park (Turtle Beach), Jeep Safaris, Aphrodite Waterpark, Go Karting, Water sports, Tomb of the Kings.
Paphos also has a bustling Harbour with a Castle and the famous Mosaics are close by. There are 3 Golf courses all within easy reach.
Kato Paphos area
The apartment is in the Universal area of Kato Paphos which is in easy reach of Paphos old town and the tourist area. The tourist area is a 15 minute walk away and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and tavernas to suit all tastes, and the main road leads down to the Harbour and fort.
There is a regular bus service from the main road which stops at some of the tourist sites, (Tomb of the Kings, Coral Bay and Aphrodites Waterpark).
There are two Blueflag sandy beaches and many watersports are available, paragliding, etc. The best sandy beach is at Coral Bay. Boat trips, mini cruises and fishing trips are available at the Harbour daily.
How to get there
The apartment is located just 15 minutes from Paphos airport and is easily reached by car or taxi. A car is not essential as the main Tourist area is within walking distance of the apartment.
Buses also run frequently along the seafront and make many attractions easily accessible.

Further details indoors: Luxury apartment on the first floor of a newly built development with marbled lobby entrance, with stairs and lift to all floors. There is a fully equipped large modern kitchen which leads on to a spacious living area with a 3 and 2 seater sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, TV with satelitte and DVD. The balcony is accessed from the lounge and overlooks the pool area. There is air conditioning in the lou;nge area.
There are 2 large bedrooms, both with blackout blinds.
The master bedroom has air conditioning and the second bedroom has a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a dressing table.
The bathroom has a bath/shower with toilet and wash basin.
Further details outdoors: The climate in Paphos makes this an ideal all year round holiday let or longer term let if required. The airport is only 15 minutes drive away.
There is a regular bus service to the beautiful Coral Bay area and for the Golf enthusiasts there are serveral Golf courses whithin easy reach - Secret Valley, Tsada Golf course and Aprodite HIlls.
There is also a Waterpark nearby and a large Karting track all within easy reach from the Apartment.
