The apartment is accessible by lift or stairs which also leads you down to the private parking and communal pool area with children's pool, shower and toilets. Located only 20 minutes from Paphos Airport and within walking distance to the many fine restaurants, bars and shops, as well as only a 15 minute walk to the beach, makes it an ideal base to explore all the area has to offer. The town enjoys a cheap and efficient bus service to many of the historical sights, Coral Bay, Waterparks and the local market. The area also boasts 3 top class golf courses, all within easy reach.

The large open plan living area has flat screen lcd tv,dvd player with a selection of DVDs and CDs. One sofa easily converts to a full double bed, the open plan kitchen has everything required by the most demanding cook, including oven, hob,fridge-freezer and breakfast bar. There is also a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all the equipment and utensils one could require.
The fully tiled bathroom has bath with shower and the master bedroom features large double bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space, dressing table, full legnth dressing mirror and hairdryer. The second bedroom comprises equal storage space with twin beds and full length mirror.
There is a large furnished balcony suitable for relaxing on and a smaller, functional balcony for airing clothes and external storage.
There is a security safe for storing valuables.

The complex itself is quiet and private, yet everything is on the 'doorstep', including, shops, bars, supermarkets and some of the best restaurants in Paphos. The famous harbour, ancient mosaics and lighthouse beach are within short strolling distance and close by is the world heritage site of the tombs of the kings.
Private undercover parking for one car is available and the apartment is serviced by a lift.

The Paphos region
Paphos nestles in the lee of the Western Troodos Mountains, which adds another dimension to this area of scenic beauty. Paphos has an air of holiday charm combined with history and elegance from its classical style buildings in the upper part of town. The lower part of the town - known as Kato Paphos - has a coastal life of its own and here you will find the harbour, the fish tavernas, souvenir shops as well as relaxing bars and restaurants to while away the nights. A former capital of Cyprus, Paphos has a history dating back thousands of years. Innumerable ancient sites are to be found in the area of Paphos and these are included in UNESCO's list of World Cultural Heritage sites.
Cyprus is the birthplace and centre of worship of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love and Beauty and the whole area retains some of this magic. Landmarks associated with Aphrodite are the chunky, rugged rocks of her beautiful birth shore known as the Aphrodite Rocks or "Petra tou Romiou", the evocative sanctuary of Aphrodite at Kouklia Village, one-time shrine and scene of pagan festivals for thousands, the Baths of Aphrodite at Polis, supposed source of fertility and the Fountain of Love, or Fontana Amorosa, a few miles further into the Akamas Peninsula. Even the town's name is linked to the Goddess as Paphos was the name of the mythological daughter of Venus and Pygmalion.
Bordered by a lovely coastline, the Paphos area has charming villages in its mountains where life has gone apparently unchanged over the years and country traditions have been kept alive.
The Kato Paphos / Universal District area
There are many trips and activities available in Cyprus. Such as a jeep safari to the Akamas National Park to see 'Turtle Beach' where the protected Greenback turtles lay their eggs, the Akamas Gorges, Adonis Falls and the sea caves. The apartment is located just 20 minutes from Paphos airport and is easily reached by car or taxi. Easyjet are now operating flights to Paphos Airport from Manchester and London Gatwick. If finding a flight is a problem, why not fly to Larnaca airport which is a pleasant 1 hour 30 minute drive. A car is not essential, but why not be more adventurous and explore many of the hidden gems the island has to offer.
Buses also run frequently along the seafront and make many attractions easily accessible.
