Our apartment is perfectly located if you want to chill out, relax and sunbathe in peace around the wonderful pool during the day and have easy access into the heart of Paphos which is just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive.
This apartment is on the first floor with 2 balconies and has 2 bedrooms (one en suite) and a second shower room. There are 2 sofa beds in the spacious lounge so it can comfortably sleep 6.
There's loads to see and do for everyone in the surrounding area, so your holiday can be as relaxing or active as you choose.
As we have a second, identical apartment directly below it on the ground floor we can provide an ideal alternative for two families sharing a holiday and who each wish to enjoy their own accommodation and privacy. Please refer to Property Ref 25261 or contact us for further details.

The Paphos District
Paphos has lots to offer for everyone - young and old, singles, couples and families.
There's loads of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets, the charming fishing harbour and medieval fort, the quaint old town with the daily local market and plenty of shops, all types of watersports from the beach, plenty of sports facilities for the active plus 10,000 years of history to discover.
Not forgetting of course an average of 340 days of sunshine each year! Paphos combines a cosmopolitan holiday resort, spectacular countryside and historical sites.
Kato Paphos / Universal District
Sirena Olympia is located in the ever popular Universal area of Kato Paphos, just 15 minutes from Paphos airport and under 2 hours from Larnaca airport.
You can stroll to the bustling bars and restaurants in the heart of Paphos in just 20 minutes, and the local beach and seafront are within 25 minutes walk or an easy 10 minute drive. There is a taverna and convenience store within five minutes walk.
For eating out in Paphos there is a huge choice ranging from typical Cypriot tavernas to fish restaurants around the harbour and international cuisine in the main restaurant and bar areas. You will always find plenty to fit within your budget and to suit your taste. Night life can be as quiet or hectic as you choose!
The beautiful Coral Bay beach is a short drive. For golfers there are 3 excellent courses close by - Tsada, Secret Valley, and the championship Aphrodite Hills courses. If you wish to cool down in the summer or ski in the winter the Troodos mountains are just 1 hour 30 mins away.

For all bookings of 2 weeks or more linen is changed after 1 week. Normal check in times are 3pm and check out times are 11am, unless special arrangements are made in advance.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or £100 if higher) is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 must be paid with the balance and will be refunded within 2 weeks of completion of your holiday, less any cost of damages, breakages or loss of goods.
