About the home

Lordies Lodge is in a luxury semi-detached villa on the beautiful Regina Gardens complex. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is luxuriously furnished throughout. Bedroom 1 & 2 have patio doors leading to a large balcony over looking the beautiful landscaped gardens and 3 overflow swimming pools. The lounge/diner also has 2 patio doors leading to a large terrace with table & 6 chairs and 2 sunbeds and BBQ which leads down to one of the 2 main swimming pools where you will find plenty of sunbeds for you to use and a baby pool. Regina Gardens is just a very short walk to the main ‘Tomb of the Kings’ road, here you will find a supermarket, tavernas and bars and a beach across the road. There is also a bus service which runs every 10 mins from Coral bay through to Paphos town and the harbour to the waterpark.

A welcome pack of groceries are supplied for your arrival and a nice bottle of wine and beer to unwind after your flight.

Lordies Lodge is fully equipped to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The kitchen has washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave kettle and toaster, an iron and ironing board are also provided. The lounge/diner has all your entertainment needs TV with satellite, DVD player, ipod docking speaker, board games and books plus playstation 2 with lots of games. There is also a Tv and DVD in the 3rd bedroom with a varierty of films for all ages. The villa has AC units (cooling & heating) and ceiling fans in every room.

All 3 bedrooms are brightly furnished with plenty of wardrobe space, linen, bath towels & hairdryer are provided (you will need to bring your own beach towels). There are 2 adult fold away beds that can be set up to sleep 8. For families with babies there is a cot with bedding, highchair, playpen with various toys, baby bath and a pushchair.

Further details outdoors:
Regina gardens won the award for best landscaped complex there are beautiful smells of lavender, rosemary and sweet holly hocks everywhere the main feature is a waterfall which cascades down a grass hill creating a stream which runs around the whole complex. All the properties are situated facing the pools and the gardens.

Lordies lodge has a lovely garden with bourgonvilla trailing up to the balconies. In the garden there is a table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining with 2 BBQs and 2 sunbeds with cushions and 2 deck chairs. The shed is filled with lots of pool lilos and toys to have fun with. The balcony above the terrace provides a great shade from the hot afternoon sun. Upstairs has 2 patio doors from bedroom 1 & 2 leading you to a large balcony where there is a table with 2 chairs for morning tea overlooking the pools.

The Paphos region

Paphos has something for everyone, be it lively or quiet, energetic or historical. Whether you are young or old Paphos is the place for you.

The weather is very pleasant all year round with hot summers and mild winters with sunshine in Paphos and 2 hour drive up the Troodoos mountain for snow.

The Kato Paphos / Regina Gardens area

Regina gardens is just off the Tomb of the Kings road which is the coastal road connecting Coral Bay to Paphos. It is on the outskirts of Paphos town giving it a quieter location than being directly in the town, although it is in walking distance of some of the best bars and restaurants.

The complex is just a short walk from all that Paphos has to offer, lively bars, cozy tavernas and trendy restaurants as well as historical places of interest and the harbour. 15 minute drive away is Coral bay another great resort to visit for nightlife and a great sandy beach. For the sporty types Paphos has 3 great golf courses all within 20 mins drive from the villa and water sports to suit everyone. The nearest beach is 500 m away literally at the end of the road. For history lovers the Tombs are a very short walk away. Families with Children will love a day out at either the huge Bird park which has many other animals not just birds or the fun waterpark both only a short drive away.

Paphos is on the south-west coast of the Island. lordies lodge is ideally situated on the edge of Paphos town and 10 minutes drive from Coral Bay. Beach, Supermarket, bars & Tavernas are just a short walk away. Paphos airport is just 15 minutes drive away

A car is not necessary as there is a regular bus service at the end of the road which takes you to Coral bay or Paphos town, Harbour and waterpark but for whose who want to travel further a field we recommend Limani car hire you can view them on www.car-hire.com.cy.

It exceeded our expectations, the photos can't convey how spacious it really is. The beds and sofas are enormous and so comfortable, with big telly's making it a real home from home, essential when you have children. It was great having all the baby gear there for our 10 month old baby and our 6 year old loved playing with all the pool toys. Thank you for making it as stress free as possible. Wow - what a fabulous home you have at Regina Gardens, we've been thoroughly spoilt for the past 2 weeks and could easily have enjoyed another week there. We had the best of everything, and the pool only feet away, how we loved that, including early morning dips and late night when it was still very hot. How wonderful to lay in bed and see the brilliant sunshine and welcoming pool, the beautiful surroundings and so peaceful.
It has such a friendly atmosphere there too, we met some lovely people, both holidaying and living there.
As your villa has everything, we enjoyed the home comforts and didn't venture far and the air-con certainly kept us cool. Denise Aug 2009

we had a wonderful time and your villa was fantastic! It was definitely more spacious than we imagined and so comfortable. The proximity to the pool was perfect for the kids and the home- from- home touches ( dvds, games, etc) greatly appreciated. The BBQ came into use too when my sister and husband (both great cooks) made a meal for us.
There is nothing about the villa we would have changed and we would definitely like to stay there again.
Getting married in Cyprus far exceeded our expectations and i would recommend it to anyone. The wedding planner we used (i do weddings) were very professional and the day went like clock work. The only thing we wish we had done differently is we should have gone for 3 weeks as the first week we were there was taken up with wedding plans therefore the week after the wedding went too quickly. We had an absolutely fantastic time. Your villa is out of this world. It was lovely, a true home from home. Furniture was lovely and comfortable, place was clean and tidy. You really couldnt fault it at all.
The complex was nice and quiet, no rowdys.Pool was to die for in the scorching heat.
No doubt we will come back, but maybe when its a little cooler.
