Iris cottages is beautiful three bedroom Villa located just ten minutes from the sea The Villa is fully air conditioned with three bathrooms, outside dining area, roof terrace, private parking as well as large communal pool just metres away from your front door step.

The Villa offers a spacious Lounge area with Leather Settees. You have several options for dining. Inside the dining area, Outside on the Patio area or on the roof terrace which is complete with BBQ.

The Bedrooms are spacious and accommodate up to six people with two double rooms and a master bedroom with Veranda and en-suite.

Perhaps the jewel in the crown is however the Roof Terrace. Here you wil find a dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a perfect area to enjoy private sun-bathing or the cool of the evening breeze. The terrace overlooks the Trodos mountains.

There is a fantastic communal pol which is both child friendly and adult satisfying. The large swimming pool gives you an opportunity to have a good swim and is not just for cooling down but a great place for fun.

The Paphos region

Once the capital of Cyprus under the Romans, Paphos is one of the most attractive and contrasting resorts in Cyprus. It is a haven for nature lovers, with beautiful scenery and inland mountain peaks, dotted with picturesque villages, green valleys and the famous cedar valley as well as the national park at Akamas.

Paphos is very rich in history, culture and monuments and there is much to see and explore. Old Paphos blends well with the more modern Kato Paphos which has everything from shopping to a wide range of restaurants and tavernas. On a evening you can enjoy a romantic walk along the harbour walls.

Paphos Airport is only 15 Kilometres away and so you can be inside the villa in less than 15 minutes after arrival. For a small fee, you will be collected on arrival with a name board and taken direct to Iris Cottages and on departure will be picked up from home and delivered to the airport terminal

“Excellent villa - would highly recommend” Six of us stayed in this excellent 3 bed villa in July 2011. We also rented the villa in the summer of 2008. The villa is clean and spacious and very well equipped for a fantastic holiday. It is air conditioned throughout and has the added bonus of a large roof terrace. The owners are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The villa is on a complex of approximately 40 villas and the pool area and complex is quiet and immaculately maintained. There is parking space immediately outside the entrance to the villa. Paphos is a lovely town with numerous lovely restaurants within a 10 - 15 minute walk from the villa. The harbour area can be walked to in around 25 minutes. We highly recommend renting this villa - you will not be disappointed.

“Brilliant” Favourite holiday location abroad. Can't wait for next opportunity to go. Villa was clean and very well equipped. Owners have thought of everything needed to support self catering stay. Pool is very close. Car needed for trips out. Or you need to be able to walk to town and shops. Not much in area for young children but we don't have young children so not a problem to us. Ok for active elderly people but not for the less mobile. Anyway, we love it.

“A Welcome haven in a home from home” This villa is well equipped, well, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The furniture is of a good standard spacious both inside and out with a roof terrace and patio area The pool area is well looked after The villa is in a good situation for touring and also walking to the town etc. it is in a quiet area of Paphos so not disturbed by noise associated with tourist areas. I along with several firends have visited the villa on several ocassions and always feel able to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

“Beautiful, clean spacious villa in an ideal location for all.” Beaitiful villa in a quiet area but only about ten minute walk into town and harbour. Lovely pool, very clean and well kept surrounded by villas with a mix of residents and visitors who are all very friendly. 24hr security who are likewise very friendly. Would recommend to friends and family as a great base for a holiday in Paphos. Owners were very friendly and helpful when booking and even rang to check all was ok whilst we were there. Thankyou for a lovely stay
