About the home

Open plan one bedroomed apartment, relaxing or activity holiday, close to all amenities, beach, restaurants, banks and shops, water park, all nearby. Bus service opposite apartments goes to Harbour area and Coral Bay beach and also the market in Paphos town. Air conditioned, lift to apartment. Best view from our balcony straight down to sea front. Good place to explore just set back from main sea front and away from noise. Lots to see and explore Guests have left comments in our guest book as to where to eat and cost of outings etc.

Two double Patio doors leading from bedroom and lounge both have fly screens onto large balcony with table and chairs. Two full size sunbeds and umbrella. Cool bag. All kitchen goods are of good quality and all utensils, glasses and crockery, pots and pans, small George Foreman grill, Cherry table and four chairs, one two seater sofa and one three seater sofa bed lounge/kitchen air conditioned, bedroom air conditioned, filtered water in tap in kitchen.
Solar panels heat water also an emersion heater. 2 cherry single beds, Bedside tables, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe with drawers , shelves and hanging space with safe. Communal pool with showers and toilets and a book room. Parking space allocated.

Communal Pool with bridge. toilets, showers and book room surrounded by shrubs and flowers and hedge. Parking spaces allocated to each apartment and owned by owner of apartment. Spacees marked our in parking area with apartment number.

The Paphos region

Many places to explore historic Tomb of the Kings. Coral Bay beach. Polis , Latchi, Bird sancturay, Golf courses,
Karting, Aphrodites Rock, Hire a car and see this beautiful island. Hot months June/July/August can be really hot.
September and October good months to visit but we have had some lovely weather at Xmas too. Lots of pubs and places to eat.

The Kato Paphos / Universal District area

Local places to eat and supermarkets. Mainly residential area leading down to the sea front. Long promenade to harbour area with all kinds of restaurants, shops, banks, Bar street, Fort. There is good nightlife nearby, plus watersport activities and a waterpark.

There are lots of airlines flying into Paphos. Thomson, Thomas Cook, Jet 2, Easyjet. Olympic, . Taxis are based at the airport and we can also arrange transfers from the apartment to and from the airport by people who live on the complex. it is a twenty minute ride from the airport to our apartment. We can also recommend a car hire firm we use ourselves when staying in our apartment.

“Expectations Exceeded!” Very comfortable enviroment! I was pleased with everything that Cyprus had to offer. I was impressed with the locals in this country. Some of the nicest I have ever encountered. The Villa is quaint and offers everything you need, and want. Great view from balcony, other tenants are quiet, and clean materials/furniture. All in all, I will come here again in the future with my girlfriend to share with her the same, great experience! Thanks Hazel for making things so easy.

“Absolutley amazing!” Stayed at the diana gardens and has one of the most perfect holiday we could of asked for, the apartment was everything and more. Everything you need. Could give the whole place one thought. People reccomend a car but until you realise the shortcut to the harbour and surrounding areas its no more then a 20 minute walk, depending if you like walking whereas we did. Martin and susan who are regular visitors are very very helpful and kind. Overall we will definatly be booking with hazel again. Thankyou hazel it was just perfect, just very sad its over. Xx Response: So glad everyone has been happy with their stay. We try very hard to keep our standards up and treat our guests as we would wish to be treatd.

“Peaceful place” Very clean and relaxing place ideal for families or people who want to relax. The apartment isn't so close to the center but linked to it with busses. The flat is well-kept with all the necessary furniture and the owners are available to reply at any doubts. I enjoyed my staying there and if I return to Paphos again I'll book the same place!
